I am on the verge of buying a set of Moment 440 Sheer that I have been loaned to help me in my recording studio as well as daily life. In this respect these things are amazing. I have no hesitation - I will buy... The only problem is I have NO access to ANY mobile phone data, I live in a remote area with no coverage from any provider. I have a very fast fibre internet network and can make phone calls via wifi calling. The app works well on my Andoid phone and I can select presets, I can make adjustments using the rudimentary graphic eq (At least another 2 bands required for me in some kind of "advanced" setting please!!) But I cannot connect to your servers until I either go into town or somewhere there is signal. I believe that my mesh system is blocking whatever port is needed to contact it, as reverting to a very old PLT device does allow me to connect (but breaks my smart home and wrecks my radio reception). What TCP/UDP ports should be opened in the router to allow connection please? Many thanks

App said my hearing aids were not connected even though Bluetooth and settings indicated they were. Then removed app and reinstalled. App would not load. Using iPhone 8+

While using streaming from music files the sound disappears and the programme locks onto streaming speech

Android 12: Notifications are only active for messages, but these are inconsistent with Moment app. Most of the time, I only know a text has come when I notice the Zen program momentarily stops. Also, streaming phone calls are so garbled they are incomprehensible.

When unlocking the phone (Samsung S22 FE) the aids automatically go into streaming mode. Also while not using the phone they can change program.

iPhone 13 pro max IOS 16.1.2. Moment app does not run in background and does not show up on settings 'background app refresh'. Whenever I want to change program on my HA's, I have to wait for the app to restart. This started with the last update.

Every day the app will reset to factory and wipe out all my custom settings.

Problem: the left hearing aid will not register having a full charge on the app. It shows 0% even after charging for 24 hours. 1. The provider replaced charger and same problem. 2. The Provider checked the battery and said it shows a full charge. 3 Also, both hearing aids work. 4. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Same problem. I believe it is the indicator on the android app that is at fault. Appreciate some help.

My right hearing aid will not pair to my Widex Moment app. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. I have cleared data and cache. I have removed all other bluetooth connections. Both hearing aids are fully charged. I have a Samsung Galaxy S21+. Is there something else I can try?

Pairing fails constantly. When I have a phone call, either or both hearing aids have lost connectivity with the phone. It happens more when in remote areas with 4g 1 to 2 bars. Also happens when the phone has no bars and goes to Wi-Fi. A lot of the times only one hearing aid works, but the other end comes as a very faint or squeak sound, I have to disconnect from the call, attempt to re pair the aids on the phone and in the app. This works 50% of the time. Galaxy S21 FE 5g phone on Verizon network, Optimum net work.

There are several problems with the app giving conflicting messages regarding connectivity. I may be hearing from both aids, yet the app reports one is not connected. This happens while in mid-use or when I first put the fully charged aids on in the morning. I can be streaming an audiobook, and suddenly the app asks to connect to Bluetooth. Obviously I am connected, but if I turn Bluetooth off and on again in the Android settings, the app continues to request I connect to Bluetooth. I have un-installed and re-installed the app, but that doesn't help. The only fix so far is pairing the aids again, and that only works after I reboot my phone.

In can pair sides in the morning and all.is good after about 20 minutes it says searching for hearing aids so I pair again and same thing seacrehinng again won't stay connected

Hi I have paired my hearing aids on the widex moment app on a Motorola e30 phone. They disconnect after about 20hrs and are difficult to re-pair . Phone on Android 11. Works fine on my partners Samsung Android 10

When I am on the phone people and talking through Bluetooth, people often say they can't hear me or the sound is going in and out. Also, when I'm streaming music, sometimes the music goes in and out when my phone is in my pocket and I'm walking.

My hearing aids disconnected on my flight from Wellington to Auckland and I was unable to reconnect them again. I understand that others have experienced this problem. Please could you recommend how I should use the hearing aids while flying.

I put my hearing aids in the charger at night. The next morning, both sides show to be charged. On the app, however, the right device shows to have 0% charge and the left shows 100% charge. I have rebooted, turned my hearing aids off and on . . . nothing changes. The right hearing aid is functioning properly and is 100% charged, but it just won't show it on the app. I've also had problems with the app failing to connect to the right device. It's more of an annoyance than anything, but I'd like to get it working, if possible. Thanks.

Occasionally, my left earpiece stops working. The Widex Moment app (Android) shows this. Turn the earpiece off and on again - it says "left", but doesn't work. Only solution I have found is to uninstall the app, and reinstall. Works, but all customisation hearing situations have gone. Battery indicator is either full or off. I have a battery model. No indication of battery state.

When the app starts it alows three choices Universal,music,directional focus. You are unable to switch to your own saved programs,however if you then open the music program and then return to the app it shows your saved programs for a short while and then switches back to the universal screen.

Widex moment charger appears to be working properly and indicates both hearing aids are fully charged. However, after opening the Moment App, the status indicators of the charges of both hearing aids shows that the right hearing aid has 0% charge and the left hearing aid has a full 100% charge. The right hearing aid, however, seems to be charged and fully operational when tested. Is this a problem with the Moment App or the right hearing aid itself? Thank you, Gerry Duncan
