How to fix UserTesting app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the UserTesting app on iPhone
Update UserTesting app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall UserTesting iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix UserTesting on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve UserTesting network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

UserTesting Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix UserTesting not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the UserTesting App
1. On android, goto Settings » UserTesting » click [Force Stop]

Update UserTesting to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear UserTesting App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » UserTesting » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart UserTesting.

Fix UserTesting unable to contact server/ UserTesting internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click UserTesting » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto UserTesting » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch UserTesting
