I liked this service until the doctor forgot to send my script. Then the nightmare begins. It’s happened twice so far to me and you can’t even call anyone. All you can do is send a email and wait and wait and wait. Then once they do respond they say oh sorry we’ll email the doctor and it could take a couple days to respond!!!! Well if your like me and need your medication so you don’t get sick your pretty much screwed! It’s fine to use this service in a pinch but DO NOT depend on them! I’ve been sick for 2 days now and all I get is a email saying sorry just give it another 48 hours! Like I said it’s okay until they forget to send your script and there’s no way to even call them and your sick for days! That’s when you’ll be hating yourself for ever using this service!!!!

doctor was great, appointment was easy. First month prescription went through no problem. Second month, I need my prescription to have an authorization from the doctor. The only way to contact customer support is through email, no problem. Then the nightmare began. I emailed for over a week back and forth with them, only getting responses blaming the health insurance for never faxing them, followed by being completely ignored when offered a phone number the health insurance provided instead of the fax as they ‘weren’t’ receiving the fax. I’m not a Karen I promise. I work in customer service. I understand things take time, I even understand not wanting to respond to a customer. But I’ve never gone over a week with the same issue with a customer in my life. All I wanted was to have my prior authorization filled out, and I received no help whatsoever. I feel hopeless and will have to find an alternate doctor now. Please if you’re reading this, do NOT use QuickMD, it’s not worth the stress I promise

If you’re looking for a place to just get scripts without someone pressing or caring about any details of your recover then this it. Most appts take less than a couple minutes and consist of “how are you? Everything good? Still same pharmacy? Ok…it’s been sent”.
Also, pray you never run into any issues with the pharmacy or with your prescription in any way. There is no way to get back in contact with the doctor after the appointment and you will never get to speak someone on the phone. You get to work through a help desk ticketing system with pretty much every update to the ticket being some canned response.
The company cares more about their business and bottom line than they do about your needs and well being.
Better off going with one of the other telehealth options like PursueCare who actually does care about their patients and is even a little cheaper!!!!

They need to stop advertising that they are able to prescribe MAT in Alabama. When I looked up treatment, it was the first that came up. I was SO happy and excited to see that there was a place where I could get it prescribed online. Turns out, they can’t and had to cancel the appointment. Why is that only mentioned once I paid and scheduled? Not only that, the appointment isn’t even canceled immediately. It was about 8 hours later that it was canceled. It wasted the time I could’ve used to actually find treatment. It’s incredibly frustrating and disheartening to get my hopes up just to have them crushed. This would’ve been my first time getting MAT, so I’m not exactly familiar with the laws around it. However, they EXPLICITLY say they are able to prescribe in Alabama, and you can eventually be seen in person.

A while ago I was using QuickMD for a while, I never really seem to have an issue with it I’ve been until recently, I paid to see a doctor for MAT treatment, due to the laws in different areas, I was unable to get my prescription refilled at the pharmacies in my town, in return, I had asked this app for a refund due to the nature of the visit and how it was solely to get a prescription refilled. The services I needed were not honored due to pharmacy issue and I am aware of that but the sole purpose of seeing the doctor was to get a refill. There was no other reason for the visit. And therefore I felt like services were not met! They are refusing to give me a refund which I totally feel is unfair. I have heard that bicycle health is another so that does the same services but accepts insurance as well, unlike them.

I will not be able to continue using your services if I cannot get prescriptions in a timely manner (within 10 days seems reasonable). I have now been out of my medication for 11 days, and am experiencing withdrawal symptoms. The orders for my prescription were initiated 6 weeks and then again 3 weeks ago. I know that demand is high for these meds, but it is unreasonable to ask patients to wait for 3 weeks and a month and a half for meds with no explanation or estimate of when the prescription will be shipped. I’ve now spent $1000 for 2 prescriptions I’ve never received. “We are working on it” sent 72 hours later by Steve G is not an answer, it’s terrible customer service. I’m very disappointed to say the least.

This service is great I think because we are living in 2022 it’s nice to have a place where things can be simpler and more technical like having a doctor at any time through video or phone however the issue is that this company does not have a customer service that you can speak with everything is done through email which means if you need a medication filled or if there’s an issue you have to wait a very long time to get a response horrible horrible customer service

QuickMD appears to be a Telehealth app. It takes your personal information and bills you for a visit before you meet with anyone. The “Dr” I was scheduled to visit with could not be verified in any forum as authentic. No person available to answer a basic question and I reported to charge to my credit card company as fraud since I had not had any interaction with anyone much less a Dr. My card had to be cancelled. They offered me a ‘credit’ toward some ‘future visit’ instead of cancelling the authorization. This is a fraudulent business practice. Do not use.

Prescriptions they wrote after paying for multiple visits all seem to disappear into thin air and no records of the doctors I speak with can be found. They will charge you for a visit just to speak to you, then send fake PDF files calling it “proof” of a prescription and the pharmacy will just laugh when you show them that file because it’s something we could make on our phones in under 5 minutes. Be VERY careful if you decide to use QuickMD. Especially if it’s to help refill depression medication that you’re now out of for several days due to QuickMD. Seems like it’s another Suboxone money scam and not much else can be done.

It’s horrible, you can’t get in touch with anyone, you just have to cross your fingers that the “doctor” will call you or video chat with you, and if he/she doesn’t, then you lose your money. There’s no phone, there’s no customer support except for a few generic problems they provide for you like”I can’t get in touch with the pharmacy” or “the pharmacy ran out of medication”— yeah yeah, blame it on the pharmacy. If it’s something as serious as suboxone, where a person is trying to get off pain killers, please please, first of all don’t trust the doctors! They’re fakes! Mine turned out not even to be licensed! If there were a no star option, I’d give it right now.

Due to the lack of Doctors to treat my condition in my area, I learned of QuickMD and after verifying that they only match you with doctors in your state, I was extremely pleased. The doctor called right on time and he was very knowledgeable. He also advised that should I have any issues at all, to call the customer service number within QuickMD and they will get in touch with him in case the pharmacist needs additional info. Well, that’s exactly what happened. Because QuickMD is based in CA when a doctor sends in the electronic script, the location automatically defaults to QuickMD ’s location, not the doctor’s and the pharmacist refuses to fill it because they think it came from out of state. Then when they ask for a number to confirm the script, that’s when you find out the “customer service” number is just a number with recordings telling you to open a ticket. All you get from there is an automated reply and ZERO follow up. The “refunds” they guarantee you should you cancel a visit or are not able to get a script suddenly gets changed to “future credits” and they refuse to refund your money to your debit card. This is very disappointing considering the doctors are very good. I’m now having to file a report with my bank. I’m writing this review so others don’t have to find out the hard way like I did.

I’m not very happy right now. I’ve been trying to get on QuickMD since 7am and it’s 4 pm. Everyone I try to log in they say my password has expire so they send me a link to reset my password and every time I do reset my password they said it’s good to go then I go to log in and we are back to saying my brand new password is expired. You can’t talk to an actual person or get a actual person to email you back. Ever since they updated QuickMD it’s impossible to log in. Before all this I never had any problems with QuickMD so right now im giving QuickMD a 2 star. I need to make an appointment and I can’t. Very frustrating!!

I’m hoping QuickMD will work because right now I’m having to drive 6 hours away to get my medicine I’ve been on subutext for 4 years now and my old doctor got in trouble so I couldn’t find another doctor to write me subutext so one of my friends got me into their doctor but it’s 6 hours away and I hate driving all that way so I put a post on Facebook and they told me to download QuickMD I’m currently waiting on my husband to get paid so I can book a appointment but hopefully it’ll work

I mean there’s nothing else to explain how this site and the Drs can be explained - other then tremendous. This isn’t a site where you get Drs just looking to write prescriptions and get paid. These physicians generally care about their patients and make that abundantly clear. If your like me and prefer doing personal things like seeing a Dr and explaining personal issues from the comfort of your own home then this is QuickMD for you.
I can’t say enough how grateful I am that I was lucky enough to download and utilize this service

I have seen two different Drs on here and they have been the best down to earth caring Drs I have ever been seen by. I been using QuickMD for about 6 or 7 months and I see the Drs once a month and I have no complaints whatsoever. Not only do they actually listen to you they spend time to help and explain to you and not many Drs do that today because of time limits. If you have not giving QuickMD or these Drs a try please do unless it is emergency and then you should call 911 or see your local hospital. Lol I sound like a walking ad for them lol but I’m not I was a nurse for 15 yrs and I worked with many Drs and I have been seen by many Drs in my life time and I can truly say these have been the best Drs I have ever dealt with!!

So I’ve been struggling with finding a doctor that makes me comfortable to speak my needs, and I feel like I’m being a burden or being looked at weird. I came across QuickMD, and even though I am financially struggling, I took the chance and paid the $99. I would like to say it was the best decision I ever made and the doctor that I came across which was Dr. Drew he made me feel so comfortable. He was kind and genuine and caring. He applaud me for my recovery and made me feel 100% valid, I recommend anyone who is struggling with addiction to come across his app and take a chance or anyone that is in the program already and just need some help to get their medicine and not be judged. I would give QuickMD and the doctors on QuickMD 1000 stars if I was able to the team that has been created for QuickMD is phenomenal and I have never experienced this type of treatment from any doctor in person. All I can say is wow I’m blowing away by the kindness actually am. Thank you Dr. Drew for taking care of me and making me welcome.

Only have used QuickMD a couple times now, but it is not only a cheaper option, but easier one if you take suboxone. The second visit I had trouble with the pharmacy getting the prescription, but the customer service, or PA, was very good at keeping me informed via email about what was happening. I always feel sketchy about using these kind of apps, but I am so very glad I found this one. I definitely recommend QuickMD if you use suboxone. I was paying twice as much, plus with gas and time, I wish I had found this a long time ago. Thanks again!!

Let me start by saying I searched high and low online before doing this even after paying for the service prior to my appointment I kept thinking “man , I’m a sucker I just got taken for $100 and did it willingly “ THAT WAS FAR FROM TRUE I CANT TELL YOU HOW MUCH THIS HAS CHANGED MY LIFE BEING ABLE TO DO THIS FROM THE COMFORT OF MY OWN HOME ITS REAL IT WORKS AND ITS 1000% worth it !!
This has been by far the very best experiences I have had with a Dr.!
It was easy to sign up , setting a appointment was fast i was needing to take part in the MAT program I was extreamly sick and was able to get a appointment not only the same day but with in hours , the visit (via phone ) was nothing short of awesome the dr was extremely pleasant and understanding he handling my issues and I was done before I knew it by the time I got off the phone googled the number to the pharmacy and call my medication was already ready to be picked up and to my suprise was covered by my insurance ! I can’t tell you how much being able to use this app means to me and what a blessing it’s been being able to use this service especially in a Rual area where it takes weeks to get into a doctor for this kind of treatment

The suboxone treatment is a lifesaver. They do exactly the same protocol as the in person dr for half the price. This treatment and medication has been so costly at times to where it’s been hard to afford help and you are back to square one in that dark place of withdrawals so these drs are making it affordable and in that I think doing an awesome service to their fellow man. But don’t think you can abuse the program because they have the right to send your tail right on over to a lab nearby and have you submit to a drug screen so approach this program with just as much sincerity as any other and you bad apples out there thinking otherwise please control yourself and don’t ruin a good thing for us that are taking our treatment seriously.

Thank to my Doctor today quick easy appt. Good quality sounds and Video appt. I believe my doctors name was Dr. Rashad he was very nice easy to understand quick appointment but didn’t feel rushed or uncomfortable. I recommend this Doctor lots of open available on a Sunday got an appt on about 1-2 he took the time to reviw my records to know how much and what pharmacy. He mad e me feel very welcome and comfortable. I hope to use him for all my future appointments. Thank you Dr have a wonderful and safe holiday season and New see you next month

Not to sound dramatic but QuickMD literally saved my life. Due to the stress I was going thru when the pandemic first hit, I relapsed to help cope and I felt hopeless. I had been clean for 3 years. Going to in person to a suboxone doctor in my area, is costly and very time consuming. QuickMD changed my life, I was seen by a dr the same day I dowloaded it, and a couple hours later I was at my pharmacy getting my medication. The dr was very nice and understanding and I never felt judged or ridiculed for my addiction, which I have experienced w/ some doctors in the past. I really don’t have words to describe how thankful I am for coming across QuickMD and giving it a shot. For someone without health insurance especially, QuickMD was a live saver!

QuickMD itself is extremely easy to navigate (some TeleMed apps you need a Ph.D to understand and operate them). My provider, Dr. Fete, was awesome. Understood the issues I was having, asking questions without all the fluff. He explained the program, what I need to do, etc. Less than an hour later, I could breathe without feeling like my skin was trying to leave. Those that know what I’m saying, they know. Those that don’t know, I pray you never do. I can’t comment on the MAT program itself because I’m only on day 1. I know some people have had issues but thankfully, everything went smooth as silk. Dr. Fete was understanding and supportive; making sure I knew about free online counseling, when I needed to make my next appt, that I have a home support system in place, etc. Honestly, I couldn’t ask for any better and I’ve tried other MAT and no MAT programs in the past. I’ll update in a month or so on QuickMD itself and Quick’s MAT program.

I have been taking suboxone for the past year. Every month, I make an appt to see the doctor, drove 50 miles, wait 30-45 mins in waiting room, pay $250 per visit + my prescription cost. I couldn’t afford the monthly cost anymore, and the drive sucked. Then I found QuickMD, so Yesterday, at 4:30pm, I decided to try it. I was able to schedule a same day appt for 6:45pm. I logged on at 6:45 last night, there was no wait. In fact, I think the Dr. Was waiting on me. The entire appt was done by 7:00pm. Today, my prescription is ready to pick up. I have to say, I can’t believe this was so easy. Simplification in my life is exactly what I need! I hesitated to try them at first, thinking there has to be a catch, but there isn’t. So don’t hesitate! So glad that I found them.

I’ve had a hard time finding a telehealth that would be able to help me. After signing up and paying for other telehealth visits, I would later find out they were unable to help me🤦‍♀️ but thankfully I finally got some help from Dr Rishi Megha at this app! Although I didn’t get what I was initially looking for, he was able to suggest another medication that would help me! He was very professional, friendly, and easy to talk with! I have been using this app since November 2022. It is easy to schedule an appointment and the provider I see is amazing! She is very professional and we have a great report with each other. She even ask me how my children are (they have been in the background many times). The appointments are super quick but efficient. The prescription is always sent directly to my pharmacy after the call. I did have an issue this past month, all the appointments were taken and the next available was 5 days after my refill was due. I was able to speak to customer service (a real person) and he very polite and was able to get me an appointment so I would not have to go without my medication. I would give 100 starts if allowed. I never write reviews, but I have to share how amazing this site is for urgent care and monthly prescriptions.

Even though I have great insurance, my muscle disease makes it hard to physically go anywhere. I’ve tried others and hated my experience. Have had 3 appointments now. The 1st they give you a week supply, and the 2nd they’ll give you a month. Unfortunately the doctor accidentally sent suboxone instead of subutex, and even with the pharmacy sending a fax, and contacting support myself I had to make a 3rd appointment to correct it, but he said he’d let them know so I’m not too worried. My last advice would be for anyone who doesn’t want treatment because they didn’t like suboxone to try the subutex, just the plain Buprenorphine, and since it maxes out in your system at 24mg’s to break it apart and take a lower dosage than prescribed. Besides it saving you money, your brain is then able to actually get relief and more benefits.

I live in Texas and QuickMD has helped me so much. While I was pregnant and needing to manage my subutex titration, they were helpful and amazing.

I've seen three different providers on this platform now and they are all amazing, attentive, and truly hear your needs and give you great feedback. It's easy to schedule appointments and there's no over the top paperwork.

It's quick and easy, you can do a video call or phone call. $99 even for the appointment every month is way cheaper than going to a clinic specifically for these medications when you don't have insurance. If you can't get an appointment with your usual provider there are plenty of options and you can usually schedule them same day.

I scheduled an appointment for 4:40 at 3pm same day. Appointment was less than 20 minutes and got my prescription sent immediately. I definitely recommend this to anybody who needs help getting sober or maintaining sobriety, or weaning off the medication with professional support!

$99 to see a addiction doctor which is very reasonable!!! That does not include what pharmacy charges for the script but I’ve know if people in other states paying upward of $200 for just the doctors visit and that’s not including the cost of the suboxone as well. So $198 for the first month because you have to get a weeks prescription then a follow up the next week to make sure the medication is working. Then your written a months script on the second visit so long that all is well with the medication. No long lines or abnormal amounts of time wasted in a cramped office just book your appointment when you can. Appointments do get booked up rather quickly so I would recommend booking appointments with the doctor ASAP otherwise you will have to just constantly check for open appointments.

I work 2 jobs and never have time to sit at the doctor to wait long. This makes it so much more convenient, I don’t have to leave work at all. My doctor was extremely kind and made sure I understood everything, recommended what I do if the pharmacy gives me problems, and gave me time to ask any questions that I had. My prescription was sent as soon as we hung up and my pharmacy received it to fill. I saw another person say that if your doctor is located out of state local pharmacies won’t fill it but my Dr is in Georgia while I’m in Louisiana. Be sure to check into your state’s telehealth policy beforehand. They tell you that, it’s not deceptive. Very efficient platform, highly recommended to busy people or those who don’t like being around tons of people at the doctor. I’ll be continuing to use this!

I booked an appointment with Kyle Meggison for about 15 min out and he called right on time. I explained to him what was going on with me, and he got me taken care of perfectly. He was very kind, very professional, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I recommend him if you are looking for a phone visit so that you do not have to leave work in order to be seen by a doctor. I will definitely continue to use QuickMD and will definitely try to book with him again. I have already told one of my daughters about him and will be telling my other daughter and son who has 4 Children of his own as well. Honestly, I’m going to be bragging on him and recommending QuickMD to everyone I know. I’m not easily impressed because let’s be honest, most people now days don’t seem to want to do their job. However, in this case I’m impressed enough to feel obligated to write a review and give my honest opinion based on my experience so that others who are on the fence about using QuickMD can have piece of mind. When I first saw QuickMD I thought it was too good to be true. But it’s worth every dollar. I’ve been taking Percocets every day for 3 years now due to chronic back pain from a vehicle accident and recently have no longer been able to get anymore. The withdrawals have been a nightmare along with my Chronic Back Pain (The only reason of taking the Oxys). So I downloaded QuickMD , made an account, booked an appointment for over the phone and paid the $100. Less than an hour later I picked up a script for Buprenorphine (Suboxone) that they prescribed me. Honestly life saving. I would rate QuickMD 6 stars if I could.

I can breathe. Phew. For about a good 2 weeks, I struggled with Going through QuickMD, and if it was just going to be Another struggle/hurtle I had to go through Since moving completely across country! 😓 & Honestly Dr. Hyman Thompson was Great! There were No hurtles, it was pretty smooth sailing, and honestly the first actual sign of relief since Moving and trying to get Appointments, and Find Drs. Especially Suboxone Drs. 🙌🏼 I honestly couldn’t be more thankful, relieved, and appreciative! Anyone who is Skeptical like I was at first, don’t be! ❤️

I’ve met with many different doctors on QuickMD (although you can choose to see the same one each time) and every single one has been great. Visits are quick, thorough and exactly what I need. I will continue to use every month and recommend to friends and family.

I’m not really sure what the doctors name was I just talked to but she was a younger American woman and very pleasant to talk to awesome overall experience and QuickMD is way better than anything I’ve ever used including the system you guys have much appreciated keep up the good work and I will definitely recommend you to others

So far QuickMD has been a huge lifesaver! I can’t believe how convenient, & easy it is to use. They don’t take insurance which is unfortunate, but you can use your insurance on your RX. Honestly it’s worth every sent. I would have to say the best thing about QuickMD, is the Dr’s, Every single one I have seen is AMAZING, thoughtful, considerate, & kind. I have been seeing Dr. Son for several months now. He is extremely consistent and a pleasure to work with. I have been working in the field of addiction for the past 38 years and I am also in recovery for 38 years. I am a therapist and have owned my own treatment center for 20 years. I was a little skeptical of this because it seemed too good to be true but decided to try it out because of the good reviews. The doctor called me right at the time of my appointment, we literally talked for less than 5 minutes before he prescribed a 30 day supply of suboxone. I got a text from the pharmacy 10 minutes later saying my prescription will be ready for pickup tomorrow. 100% legit, highly recommend QuickMD.

QuickMD is a lifesaver but since the recent update i can no longer find how to schedule my husbands appointments for him. I don't know if i am supposed to have him download QuickMD separately now and make a new account or what. his file is no longer on my account and i've always been responsible for setting up and paying for his appt for them to call him on his phone as he is an OTR driver and not so great with making appointments. what do i do

I don’t want to go into personal details, however QuickMD is fantastic to help you get urgent care and follow up care right thru a quick video call. The doctor or providers are amazing kind, understanding, and listen well and answer any questions. I can’t tell you enough great things about this. If you’re struggling with addiction, going thru withdrawals, want to change your life, need help feeling better, etc… Give this a try! You can do it! You’re worth it :-)
