This scam took $279.00 from me and I have never received the medication. I had to write a request and never heard back. Also, they never talk about the risks of the compounded medication. It is not approved for use and not effective.

I had a appointment October 17th at 2:30 p.m. with Dr Mohamed. He phoned me in a prescription for my Suboxone 8.2 mg 2 times a day. When I call to pick them up, they told me they do not tape prescriptions from any online doctors. And they will not transfer it, 2 pharmacy I did have through quick MD, they will not transfer it they will not transfer it to my pharmacy witch is Dillons Pittsburgh ks (the only reason I said Walmart was cuz the strips I was getting they were falling apart and inadequate)so I need my suboxanes called in at Dillons pharmacy in Pittsburgh at it earliest possible time,been out out and they r detrimental to my health in a mental and physical way.asap

A while ago I was using this app for a while, I never really seem to have an issue with it I’ve been until recently, I paid to see a doctor for MAT treatment, due to the laws in different areas, I was unable to get my prescription refilled at the pharmacies in my town, in return, I had asked QuickMD for a refund due to the nature of the visit and how it was solely to get a prescription refilled. The services I needed were not honored due to pharmacy issue and I am aware of that but the sole purpose of seeing the doctor was to get a refill. There was no other reason for the visit. And therefore I felt like services were not met! They are refusing to give me a refund which I totally feel is unfair. I have heard that bicycle health is another so that does the same services but accepts insurance as well, unlike them.

If you’re looking for a place to just get scripts without someone pressing or caring about any details of your recover then this it. Most appts take less than a couple minutes and consist of “how are you? Everything good? Still same pharmacy? Ok…it’s been sent”.
Also, pray you never run into any issues with the pharmacy or with your prescription in any way. There is no way to get back in contact with the doctor after the appointment and you will never get to speak someone on the phone. You get to work through a help desk ticketing system with pretty much every update to the ticket being some canned response.
The company cares more about their business and bottom line than they do about your needs and well being.
Better off going with one of the other telehealth options like PursueCare who actually does care about their patients and is even a little cheaper!!!!

doctor was great, appointment was easy. First month prescription went through no problem. Second month, I need my prescription to have an authorization from the doctor. The only way to contact customer support is through email, no problem. Then the nightmare began. I emailed for over a week back and forth with them, only getting responses blaming the health insurance for never faxing them, followed by being completely ignored when offered a phone number the health insurance provided instead of the fax as they ‘weren’t’ receiving the fax. I’m not a Karen I promise. I work in customer service. I understand things take time, I even understand not wanting to respond to a customer. But I’ve never gone over a week with the same issue with a customer in my life. All I wanted was to have my prior authorization filled out, and I received no help whatsoever. I feel hopeless and will have to find an alternate doctor now. Please if you’re reading this, do NOT use this app, it’s not worth the stress I promise
