I have a severe allergy and need to be able to get ahold of my fiancé or family member if I have to go to the hospital and this gives me so much peace of mind knowing I can get through to him even if his phone is on silent...I’ve even sent it to my grandma in case she ever has an urgent situation and can’t reach anyone - helps us both sleep well at night! After being held hostage in group messages I got sick of turning my phone on and off silent mode and would just leave my phone on silent the time.
I miss text messages and even phone calls and feel bad when this happens.

NeedUNow is fabulous! So happy I have this amazing tool to help my family communicates easily. I love how it works on the phone (since mine it’s most of the time on silent mode) and my husband’s trying to communicate with me whenever something important/urgent is happening to him or our daughters! I love NeedUNow because it gives me peace of mind. I know if I need to reach my loved ones or they need to reach me, we can use NeedUNow to send alerts and call each other. Also, the alert has a nice tone and isn’t overbearing, like a siren or a bull horn. I highly recommend NeedUNow!

NeedUNow is fantastic, it helps me to get a hold of a family member or a friend in case of urgency! Almost everyone I know have their phone on silent mode now a days (including me), so this is a very important tool to get a hold of them when I really need and also be able to be in peace knowing that they will be able to do the same with me, even if I leave me phone on silent or sleep mode.
