New update screwed up everything, their code is janky and unstable making the pause and play function unuseable now
The glasses I received today (9/16/2024) are completely unacceptable. First off, the prescription is wrong—everything is blurry when I wear them. Second, the Solos AirGo app, which was supposed to handle translations, keeps giving me an error saying something went wrong. The translation feature is the main reason I bought these glasses, and if that doesn’t even work, there’s absolutely no reason for me to keep them. I’m requesting a full refund.

With these constant iOS updates, SolosAirGo can be kinda buggy:
My glasses lose connection intermittently and need to be restarted more and more to reconnect.
Siri’s voice is always very low whenever I’m streaming music. My music is at a good volume, but if I double tap, You can barely hear Siri.
Would be also nice to customize the tap functions more. Perhaps to tell you the time, etc.
Lastly, it would also be nice to be able to mute the disconnection tone after a few alerts. It can drive you insane if you walk out of the room for a sec!
Overall, I like my glasses, but an update is in order :)
Incredibly impressive tech. Very important to take the time to calibrate sound and voice sensitivity. I noticed a remarkable difference from just using straight out of the box. Once you take the time to calibrate you will see a noticeable difference in voice and sound sensitivity which also includes the background cancellation. Battery life is by far the most impressive I have seen for a wireless device.
