- Autograph signing wait in line over an hour then the say “no autographs” players don’t show up, show up late, leave early

- Can only get tickets for one day

- App refuses to recognize that you ARE logged in and places you into a continuous loop asking you to reset your password

- Blocking people from getting specific market-only perks as the NFL mafia does

To resolve NFL OnePass network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the NFL OnePass App
1. On android, goto Settings » NFL OnePass » click [Force Stop]

Clear NFL OnePass App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » NFL OnePass » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart NFL OnePass.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click NFL OnePass » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto NFL OnePass » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch NFL OnePass
