Lockedout of my account because i tried to many times due to bad connections
I received a message today to go on my account to see my test results. Could not log in to account on computer. Then I downloaded app on my phone and can't open that either. I clicked on retrieve USERNAME , got message that some kind of code was sent to my email...that never happened and also tried to create new password and couldn't do that either. I can't open account either on my computer or on my phone. What do I do? Also what is account called Trinity Health my chart or Trinity Health my care??????
Mychart has my incorrect email address so I cannot access my user name or password. There is no contact number or any way I can address this problem.
I have been locked out of my portal this a.m. since I was trying to access my portal and had trouble with receiving my code in a timely manner. Continued to try but the codes then came in triplicate. At that time the codes didn’t match my attempts. Please advise asap. Please also let me know if I can access my portal without a code in the future or some other solution. I am a recent user of the patient portal and am not proficient with computers. Thank you in advance.

Been having trouble logging into my account. Have to reset password. As of tonight it wont send out a text to do that. You want people to use it. KEEP IT WORKING. This is the same issue for my wife and on two different computers.
For weeks, if not months, I've had no issues logging it to MyChart. My laptop app knows to fill in the proper info and all that is needed is for me to hit "log in." Suddenly today, nothing I do allows me to log in including: recover password, recover username. When all my info is filled it will send my username, but when that is used to try to log in, it doesn't work. And it's the same one I've tried all along. This system is a joke. And where is the customer service number if a client has an issue? NOWHERE TO BE FOUND. Exactly how the rich schmucks who run the show wanted this to be. If you post a number, people will call and then you have to HIRE PEOPLE YOU HAVE TO PAY. Like the rest of the country, this organization is for making the most money for the people who already have it.

I just received someone else's 'my chart' notification sent to my vickieportman@redacted email address. I do not have a personal account with 'my chart' that I am aware of or personally signed up for. Please investigate. Once again, I received another patient's notification through my email address - vickieportman@redacted. I don't think this was intentional. Please correct this mistake. 10/25/2021, I tried multiple times to sign on. Every time that I asked for a code to be sent (5 times) via text, to my phone, the code/text arrived about 8 minutes after the allotted 10 minutes that the text message always mentions. Now I am locked out. Your system FALLS SHORT of what I'd expect from a professional organization. Get your software in order Trinity Health/Mychart.

This is so difficult to use. I was issued a new credit card and could not access how to change my information. I tried every category on the menu and tried many times within a category to find a way to input. “ BILLING” definitely has no sub category which allows it. Also, how available is a contact phone number? I sent a message for help but, how long will it take to answer???
I also tried starting from scratch like I was a new applicant.

Some of the information is helpful, but it’s incomplete. The inability to remove reminders for things that are no longer needed is frustrating. I still have a front-page reminder to get my first covid vaccine even though I’ve now had three doses and my first one was a year ago. I should be able to delete/remove that alert. It’s also frustrating that I can’t add my 12 year old child’s chart to my account.

The app is very useful and has streamlined a number of functions that previously were difficult. However there are some flaws such as the inability to add a saved payment option on an iPhone XS because the save button is blocked by the nickname box. Also, using online check in doesn’t work (I checked in and the office didn't know that I had). Also there is no positive confirmation of check in nor a way to see that the check in had been seen. I would suggest having a status indicator that shows the user the steps of a check in, like check in submitted, check in confirmed, nurse received, nurse on the way, etc. that way if the front desk missed it you can see that and call in and not need to wait so long. I think it would also be helpful to have a broader set of subjects when communicating with the medical team. Such as adding prescription refill request, new prescription needed, etc. currently the only option is non-urgent medical question but I bet the docs would appreciate a little more bifurcation of issues.
