To whom it may concern: I need your help immediately. I cannot open my app and always the pop up icon is Code 54 and I don't understand why. Awhile ago, i ask for assistance for a refund because I paid and started the machine immediately and to my surprise my neighbor did not remove her clothes in it then i tried to stop the machine but the payment(2.75 €) was not cancelled then i messaged in your app and received a refund (2.75€) but after that i cannot open my app anymore because it was suspended and the remaining load or balance of 27€ will be refunded on February 13. What happened? What should i do? Hoping for your immediate response.

I didn’t delete my account but it says my subscription has suspended

I used this app many times, but now appear the write "your subscription is suspended" (code 54). How to solve the problem?

I would like to reset my count. I accidentally deleted it and now it says subscription is suspended and to get in contact (Code 54). I hope you can reset my account soon. Thank you in advance!
