I’m really frustrated because appWash took my money for the laundry and yet the machine would not start. I tried contacting for help on appWash and through email and still haven’t received any information. I just want to do my laundry and I can’t. Also would like my money back

Took my money and didn't wash my clothes!! 5 minutes after starting I get an email saying my laundry is done, but it should have been 37 minutes! I find my washing is dry and the drum hasn't moved at all, and the liquid is still in the drawer. And I paid £4 for the privelege - ridiculous! Will be contacting them for a refund
