Application on iphone 13promax not working! Washing machine registered properly and after 10 minutes application started to show "technical issues" . Deleting application and reinstall, change country, change email. Nothing helps... anyone can help?
I am trying to start Miele W1 washing machine with Miele app. I received a notice to accept or decline Miele processing appliance data. I can neither accept nor decline and cannot close the screen.
I now get miele app fault code 3.3.20 and it says that the appliance cannot be found on the wifi network.
I can’t access recipes in the app. I am in the UK and not using VPN. Nor have I changed any location details in my account. The app responds with not available in my location.
Brand new Miele Washer and Dryer, dryer can connect to Miele app, but washer can't. 5 service calls and no resolution connecting to WiFi through Miele app (recommended option).
Won't allow you to change the timezone for synchronization - errors out when selecting a different time zone.
Has worked fine on previous occasions but this time ask me to login/register, then circle continues to turn in center of screen, no further progress
I am trying to connect my washer to the miele app on my iphone. Last week, I reported that I was able to connect the washer to my home network, but the app always produced an error message when I tried to log in. I know that my password is correct because I can use it to log in to miele on my laptop. The tech support was completely stumped and all he could tell me was to check out the miele youtube channel (seriously?) and "try re-downloading the app." So I re-downloaded the app, and registered a new account with a different email and got a little further. I have logged in to the app, and connected my washer to my home network. I added my serial number to the app and now the app is just stuck on the screen that says "Connection Your smartphone is connecting to your Miele appliance. Please stay close to your appliance and wait a minute." It has been on this screen for about 10 minutes. This is pretty unbelievable for an appliance from a company with the reputation that Miele has.
I can login in to my account using the app on my iPhone 12 with no problem But when I try to login in using my wife’s iPhone 13 I get “Fault There was an error processing your request. It has been logg d (ID 5e1dc322dac516ae)”
Bought a W1 Excellence and trying to connect to Wi-Fi. ..just getting‘waiting for App’ message then ‘fails’ minutes later. Can you help please?
After some faffing about I eventually got my Miele washing machine to connect to the app and WiFi. All seemed, until the next day. The washing machine says it's connected, but the app says it isn't 🤯
I didn't manage to connect appliance to app as the last crushes every time when I come to point to connect it
The solution to the app problem myself and others experienced, as described in my previous post below, is to simply delete the app and reinstall it. This resolved my issue and I was able to view my machine and control it remotely
Are there any updates on the "technical issues" the Miele app is experiencing? It's been a couple of months now and I'm experiencing the same issues as the other users on this forum (Louise and Anders)

However, the app is just a blank screen - I'm no longer able to activate the machine from rinse-hold remotely, or check the progress of my washing remotely. The recipes page says "! We are having some technical issues...." The shop page says "Just a moment....we are currently setting up the shop for you..." but never sets up the shop! How can I make my Miele@home app work again

I have the common issue described in blogs with my Miele Washing Maschine using TwinDos. TwinDos are installed and can be used at the machine. However the app reports that they are not selected when they are. The level display says they are not configured but there is no function to configure them? It says ultraphase not set.
Every time I download the app and accept the terms it freezes and won’t go further. Scroll to bottom appears on the screen but it doesn’t go any further.
