Wonderwall Infrared wall panel controlled with Klarstein app and a Taal hybrid heater controlled with Smartlife (cannot add to klarstein app), have changed schedules for both but both working to the old schedule still, why is this happening? Both apps on an iPad.

I have had my two Klarstein Bornholm Smart heaters of for the past few months. This morning I thought I would try them via my Android app to see if everything was ok. I only get a message saying "Device list is not available Please check your internet access and try again". I have checked my internet connections, (wifi and network), and followed the instructions to check all the app setting etc, but I still get the same message. I have also tried resetting the wifi on the heaters, but to no avail. Please help.

Can not select individual days any longer. After saving it will show everyday again. Used to work before. Everyday on off schedule is still wirking.

I have done all the above and more I have the wave 🌊 wonder wall there is not a way of connecting this . Does it have an up address that I can add manually ? Help please soooo frustrating of what could be an outstanding product

Can't pair Klarstein Wonderwall Air Art Smart Infrared Heater after not using it for a several months. Smart phone found the device. Pressing + and - batton starts wi-fi indicator blinking, however pairing does not complete for many minutes and attempts. please advise. regards Oleg

Dear Customer Service, A few days ago I purchased several Wanderwall Air Art Smart infra panels. Yesterday I tried to connect them to the Klarstein App (IoS version), but I failed with all 4 different panels, with which I have tried. I made sure to have my phone on the 2.4 GB bandwidth of my router (this has a separate name from the 5GB bandwidth of the same router), I entered the password correctly (checking it several times), I turned on the panels, pushed the WLAN button for 5 seconds until the WLAN icon was blinking fast. I even removed one of the panels from the wall, where it was already mounted, carried it within 1 m to the router. Despite following all indications in the App and instruction manual, I got the "Connection failed!" error screen, at least 20 times. I have no problem connecting other devices to the router: computers, phones, TV, other smart devices. Please instruct me, what should I do or let me know about a version of the App, which is working.
