Only loading wheel at start.. reinstalling doesn’t help

Just got a smart air fryer and when I go to Klarstein to connect it, there are only like 6 options and non of them are the air fryer!

I Just bought the air fryer but there are only 8 smart items in Klarstein and NONE of them are my air fryer. Totally cheated!!!
