Expresso machine, leaks water

I have terrible experience with Klarstein. I purchased infrared heater which did not work properly. 6 weeks ago I returned it and I cannot get my refund. The have a policy it should be 1 - to 2 weeks and now the 7th week is starting and nothing!!! I am just getting promises it will be the next week....and again the same ....Can you help me/push them to send me my refund??? Thank you. K

Good Afternoon, I hope you can help. We bought a Klarstein coffee maker a few weeks ago and we haven't been able to use it ,as the glass carafe appears to have a tiny crack in it' and it leaked the first time we used it. My daughter purchased it on HI-FI Tower website. She contacted them weeks ago ,but so far they haven't bothered to reply, or to offer any assistance. As I discovered the site and I liked the look of the Klarstein model --as a replacement for our old defunct De Longhi model, I feel that she is out of pocket because I chose that brand, and that is the reason she opted to buy it for me, as a gift. German brands are usually so very reliable, so we are doubly disappointed. We need to know where we can buy a replacement glass carafe, but we cannot find the answer. I last contacted Chal-Tec UK , they say they reply within five working days, that email was sent two weeks ago 15th---16th June, still no reply, still no carafe, still no coffee. The numbers quoted on the Arabica machine which we bought are, 10032771, 1003277, 10035588 , it is a nice looking machine and it fits perfectly on my kitchen countertop. We bought a Klarstein wine cooler 2/3 years ago. It has become very noisy and obviously we are unable to use it . Also the temperature cannot be set . think something is wrong with the thermostat . What shall one do . Recommended repair work by who ?
