When I launch the app and hit enter device, the app closes eveyr single time, cant get past this at all. Ty

-can’t open video/camera settings (filters) crashes the app every time.

App won't connect to data outside

The app crashes every time. The drone will not connect to my Motorola phones or Samsung tablet. All 5gb enabled.

Ophelia Go app connects to hs710 drone but then goes back to front page. After trying several times a message says the app keeps stopping this happens on both my doogee x95 and blackview a80.

This is highly remarkable.. the app is downloaded on my smartphone and runs well. When I sign on WIFI, there is no indication of the HolyStone indicated. I then go to another smartphone, load the app, and pull up the WIFI, the HolyStone connection is there.. and connects. I go back to the other phone, reload the app and open it, no HolyStone on the WIFI network. Downright peculiar and I can't figure out the fix. I used your website procedure and still have no ability to see the HolyStone network on the original smartphone. Also, the original phone indicates the same networks as the second, but no HolyStone?

Ophelia go app keeps crashing 5 - 10 seconds after installing and opening the app. Also brand new drone I just bought and took out the box after receiving it today from Amazon will not transmit any wifi signal to v Connect to connect to. Tried on three different phones that all work on other devices and wifi signals but my HS700E & Hp720E will not do either thing to where I can connect pair and use it please help of fix ur app asap please I've bought 2 drones then returned them thinking they were defective and now received two more new drones and still same problem

Ophelia Go app keeps closing on a single Holystone HS720-4K aircraft. It works on others but not just this one? Any suggestions? Thank you...

I have trouble getting the HolyStone wifi signal on my android phone. It is very intermittent, often I will not ever get a signal. Not sure what to do next. I have installed and reinstalled app. I have tried turning the drone off and on and I still don't see the wifi signal for HolyStone.

Hello: I have a Holy Stone 720e drone and I loaded the ((Ophelia Go app)) on my Motorola android phone and it works fine, I wanted to load it on my larger Samsung galaxy sm-t380 tablet and it loaded on the tablet and when I run it the mountain picture start screen comes up but when I hit the Enter Device button the screen starts up then exits and goes back to my program listings on my tablet. It won't stay running on the tablet. Do you have any idea of what I need to do to make it run on the tablet. Thank You Rick

When I take photos I receive a “prompt error” on the screen of my phone & the photos don’t save. Additionally, I am taking video and the videos do not get saved anywhere.

Hi, Have recorded a video with the Ophelia 4K go app, but i am getting no playback. The videos that where recorded is not being played in the app or on any computer. I have recorded 8 videos and only about 3 are actually being played. Why is this happing? some help would really be appreciated thank you.

I have had wonderfully exposed still photos with my HS700E but am having problems with my HS710 with exposure and colour rendering. I am a long term photographer with high end SLR experience. Specifically I went to set the Ophelia Go camera option. First I hit the 'Default' option, then changed to the 'Bright' option. The exposure showed 50% and the saturation showed 100%. I took a test photo and it resulted in a correctly exposed but fully saturated photo. I have never experienced this with my HS700E. Kindly advise how to correct this.
