Everything was working well. Since The two recent updates 2.0.3 & 2.0.4, I’ve had problems with app closing and the fencing not turning off. No matter what I do it’s still showing the fencing up with the blue circle. It should only show the blue circle if fencing is on. It covers up the map which makes it harder to see the drones location on satellite map view. I’ve tried turning on the fencing then exiting to save setup. Go into settings again and turn fencing off and exiting to complete the update for fencing. It fixed problem before but now It still displays the blue circle. Never did that before. Also my drone will return to my location with RTH function however, for some reason it’s showing my location about a half a mile away. Google maps is always up to date. iPhone is always up to date.

The only function that didn’t work prior to the newer updates was my Tapfly function for the “Track” function. It always says “fail to enter Waypoints mode”. Karen from Holy Stone is helping with this problem by forewarning problem to app developers but so far no fix. The Tapfly function for
“Points of interest” works. Not sure why the track feature doesn’t work since it’s in the same Tapfly feature section and should with the same.

I hope they fix these problems soon. Frustrating when everything was working well with the one exception. Please work on fixing any issues. Thanks.

I purchased a holystone 720E around Christmas and worked GREAT for about a week then started having issues with landing and turning off because the propellers wouldn’t stop spinning I contacted customer support and they were AMAZING with helping to resolve the issue !!! They are sending out a new drone with no charge and told me to keep the old one for spare parts after sending them a video of my problem and this day and age WHO DOES THAT !!! I am 100% satisfied with the response unfortunately the iOS apps are not working anymore even with the new update, really hoping they can fix the issue SOON BUT THE DRINE FLYS GREAT!!!!!!

Not all that intuitive and had a steep learning curve in the beginning. Would have rated 4 stars in the beginning. However, a week ago there was an update and after flying for less than a minute and less than 20 meters from me it lost signal and then did not return to home as the failsafe should have done. At least HolyStone Customer service was excellent and willing to replace the broken arm and battery that was lost after it crashed into a group of trees about 100 meters away at full speed. Customer Service rep said I should use M RC PRO app next time my drone can go up.

I noticed after the recent update that my drone was doing the same thing others were saying. My drone would only climb to 49ft. I went in to Settings in OpheliaGO and noticed the update had reset all the distance limits to the minimum. Once I changed the distance limits back though, everything started working like normal. Other than that, I have no real complaints. Thank you!

Overall OpheliaGO works great on my iPhone 8 and 11. The only thing is that you need to know the sequence of when to look for the WiFi ssid.
I noticed that when your phone searches first for the ssid, before you turn on the drone, the phone will associate nicely. But when you do it in reverse, your phone can’t associate with the drone.
Other than that: great product for the price!

This is better than the app suggested for my deerc d15 drone. At one point OpheliaGO updated with demo mode turned on and that resulted in an in ability to control the drone beyond a few feet from me. You will want to turn that off and set your distances properly then all will eork fine.

We tried to fly our drone today. Similar to other reviewer‘s ...When the drone is about 50 feet away it stops responding to commands from the remote control. But after you turn OpheliaGO off control is restored with the remote control. So it is definitely an app issue. Please fix again!!!! It worked great before the last update.

When OpheliaGO is open I cannot turn the drone and all the other action are sluggish and inaccurate. As soon as I close OpheliaGO it’s fine. Please fix this because I paid $300 for a 4K camera witch I can’t use because of I open OpheliaGO the drone freezes up. Thank you very much

OpheliaGO once connected to satellites works well. Even in some remote locations. Sometimes it can be hard to connect but overall the camera quality is good. Not so much on the phone but once you download it to a computer it comes out way better. Great app and very much needed to fly the Holystone 510.

Drone handles as it should while not connected to OpheliaGO . As soon as it is connected you lose the ability to spin the drone, elevation, forward, backward, and side to side work as they should but without the ability to spin the drone it makes flying the drone using the camera out of sight impossible.

On the main startup screen the guidance tab fails to open and crashes OpheliaGO (iPhone 11 with iOS 14.3). Also, I recommended moving the “Find My Drone” feature into the actual operating screen where it can be found easier.

Query - why does OpheliaGO use so much local space on my iPhone? I am not taking about storing videos or pics. Unless this is due to the other complaints about OpheliaGO crashing when trying to load video in OpheliaGO ....
I store all video and pics on the SD card.

Can’t view videos anymore,app will crash, camera won’t zoom anymore, limited the travel distance
Not happy. It was better before the upgrade just got this for Xmas, I wanted to fly it to check out all my deer feeders, it worked at first Now I can’t travel to feeders or video the deer please fix ASAP if not I will return it because it is useless to me now

Just got back from flying my drone
The video problem is fixed but I almost lost my drone
It didn’t return home after losing signal it landed in my neighbors pasture
The zoom still doesn’t work and doesn’t keep up with flight history
I am afraid to fly it out of sight anymore because it won’t come home
Still not pleased

App keeps crashing when trying to access videos. Had to delete and reinstall OpheliaGO and lost all my info. Don’t know if it helped with the crashes.

The drone was purchased as our family Christmas gift. It worked very well with OpheliaGO until the update a few weeks after we got it. Now, as others have mentioned, the controls don’t work properly with the updated app. The drone will be returned since it no longer functions properly. Very disappointing.

As The drone moves away from me it freezes up and will only +/- elevation but will not turn or move forward.

I liked all aspects of OpheliaGO. Interface will done. I would like see a better screen layout on my iPhone 7. I had an excellent experience Wright out of box. Enjoy.

The previous version was fine. Since this newest update, my drone has fallen out of the sky, not once, but TWICE! I’m not happy at all with this update as it has caused damage to my drone and propellers which are already hard to get. I have a Holy Stone 510. I have contacted customer service regarding this issue.

Just flew the drone for about 10 minutes. Flight log didn’t update with my flight details. Does it take time to cycle the flight details? I was connected to OpheliaGO .

App was working pretty well but now I can’t access any videos. App crashes when you click videos. Please fix.

I had some of the same issues that some of the other reviewers had. Waypoints settings not loading , follow me not working done was showing a few miles form were my location was. Using I-phone 6s. But these last few up-dates ..... great job programmers 👍🏻 and much thanks. Couldn’t ask for a better beginners drone.

I love this thing. And how you connect is the WiFi. Go into your WiFi and connect to the drone.

Awful app. Communicated with them 10 times about the drone and app. They won’t help at all. Keep talking about issues I’m not having. I think it is a scam. Will be returning.

OpheliaGO doesn’t seem to work well with my iPad 6th gen. Screen is squished and not showing all.

OpheliaGO is better if not existed its bad as hell horrible design and weak functions, i have to use it cause holy stone dont give you more choice to use they device bad company

How do I connect?

When I connect and open OpheliaGO on my iPhone 11 there are consistently 10+ satellites. Camera works pics and videos save as expected. Initially if you follow me and tap to fly features worked. One week later they do not and it’s the drones location when I open OpheliaGO that is 4 1/2 miles away from my location. I need help understanding how I can correct the drones GPS location. I’ve deleted OpheliaGO and reinstalled it I have reset all my network and location settings on my iPhone 11 I have restarted my phone turned on and off GPS recalibrated the actual drone to no avail.

Can somebody help?

“Follow Me” Is still not working.

OpheliaGO shows how high and far drone is from me but little drone does not show location on map? Found drone location in map. Over 2 miles to the east. Follow me function not working. I know this is a version bug. Holy stone needs to fix it. They said they had new version with fix but I see same version in App Store. Looks like they only updated the Google store version. Come on iPhones are the most popular phones. Need a fix afraid to fly with location wrong. Lost first drone because of update. 2.0.7. Could not find when it took off

Using an iPhone 6 gps shows my drone about 41/2 miles away, follow me and tapfly functions don’t work, and RTH function goes crazy. Almost lost my drone today it just took off I’m guessing it was going to it’s non existent home. Lastest update really kind of ruined the experience
