My headless not working correctly

Can’t view videos anymore,app will crash, camera won’t zoom anymore, limited the travel distance
Not happy. It was better before the upgrade just got this for Xmas, I wanted to fly it to check out all my deer feeders, it worked at first Now I can’t travel to feeders or video the deer please fix ASAP if not I will return it because it is useless to me now
UPDATE
Just got back from flying my drone
The video problem is fixed but I almost lost my drone
It didn’t return home after losing signal it landed in my neighbors pasture
The zoom still doesn’t work and doesn’t keep up with flight history
I am afraid to fly it out of sight anymore because it won’t come home
Still not pleased
Update makes drone fail

The drone was purchased as our family Christmas gift. It worked very well with the app until the update a few weeks after we got it. Now, as others have mentioned, the controls don’t work properly with the updated app. The drone will be returned since it no longer functions properly. Very disappointing.
Worked fine till recent update.

Not all that intuitive and had a steep learning curve in the beginning. Would have rated 4 stars in the beginning. However, a week ago there was an update and after flying for less than a minute and less than 20 meters from me it lost signal and then did not return to home as the failsafe should have done. At least HolyStone Customer service was excellent and willing to replace the broken arm and battery that was lost after it crashed into a group of trees about 100 meters away at full speed. Customer Service rep said I should use M RC PRO app next time my drone can go up.
