How to fix MYDUTY app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the MYDUTY app on iPhone
Update MYDUTY app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall MYDUTY iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix MYDUTY on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve MYDUTY network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

MYDUTY Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix MYDUTY not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the MYDUTY App
1. On android, goto Settings » MYDUTY » click [Force Stop]

Update MYDUTY to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MYDUTY App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » MYDUTY » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart MYDUTY.

Fix MYDUTY unable to contact server/ MYDUTY internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click MYDUTY » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto MYDUTY » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch MYDUTY
