I immediately ran into several issues when attempting to move my funds over from the beta app. Tapping the ‘Transfer from Beta’ button has no action, even though I still have the latest version of the beta installed and am logged into my account. While I was trying to figure this out, I received a payment from my dad, and YIKES, the option to transfer my funds from beta completely disappeared with seemingly no way to retrieve it. When I go to the beta app to send my funds to my dad so that he can then send them to me, I find that I am no longer able to send payments in the beta app. So my funds are trapped in the soon-to-be-obsolete beta app. Great.

The concept of making handles for bitcoin sv wallets is a great idea because it would increase the ease of use and access of the bitcoin sv ecosystem but needs to fully develop the “top-up” system or its just a different coin wallet. I am a huge user of bitcoin and I just heard of bitcoin sv, I might be a little behind but I think it should allow either cryptocurrency.

Could work great one day. I hope to see it develop in the future.

This company can send money around the globe in seconds for ZERO transfer or transaction fees. You can load it “top up” with and credit card and for min fees add money to your balance. If you do not have Handcash you are lost 10yrs behind. Catch up and install it.
I made a wrong $.20 cent transaction and since it’s all recorded on chain they found it and corrected it in no time, for 20 cents!!!
Visa takes days to settle a fraud charge these guys settled my mistake in a day. My mistake.

Had a problem when switching from this app beta to new app and couldn’t use the tab to transfer funds. I put in a support ticket and they responded to me right away and had my problem resolved immediately. Thanks for the great customer service!!!

Handcash will really change how small and medium payments can be very simple with no hassle across multiple peer to peer. Almost no fees, much less than 1 cent USD, to send and receive BSV. The BSV network is so superior to any network available, instant, and it’s odd that people don’t know that this is the original “white paper” network protocol ‘peer to peer cash system’. I encourage everyone to try it. Be interesting on how this app will integrate with vendors and other apps, including internet micropayments, in the near future.

This is the best wallet with a great trustworthy team. They are very involved in the BSV community and answer emails promptly. I had a small issue updating Handcash (going keyless) and they helped me out instantly. This a fantastic wallet. The user interface and pairing with apps is excellent.

Customer service is also great. If you have an issue, they’ve made it very easy to resolve using links to specific transactions in Handcash . I had a minor issue with one transaction, reached out, and had a response very quickly. Resolution was very quick.

I had some trouble getting verified when first downloaded Handcash . I tried a couple of things on my own and then put in a ticket with customer service. I got an auto reply right away and then a follow up from Nicole on a Sunday. She was friendly and professional. I was able to work around the issue myself but was very impressed by the customer service
