After I run the Winix Smart App a "Terms and Conditions" screen appears. I click "accept all" then click NEXT and then I get an message that says "The user is not valid" with a CONTINUE button. At this point all I can do is click CONTINUE and when I do the screen displays the "Terms and Conditions" screen again, leaving me in a perpetual loop unless I click CANCEL. I uninstalled then reinstalled the Winix Smart App and that solved the problem for about 48 hours, but now the problem is back. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Force Stop the Winix Smart App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Winix Smart app. » click "Force Stop".

1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Winix Smart app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
