After I run the Winix Smart App a "Terms and Conditions" screen appears. I click "accept all" then click NEXT and then I get an message that says "The user is not valid" with a CONTINUE button. At this point all I can do is click CONTINUE and when I do the screen displays the "Terms and Conditions" screen again, leaving me in a perpetual loop unless I click CANCEL. I uninstalled then reinstalled the Winix Smart App and that solved the problem for about 48 hours, but now the problem is back. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

How to fix Winix Smart app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Winix Smart app on iPhone
Update Winix Smart app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Winix Smart iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Winix Smart on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Winix Smart network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Winix Smart Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Winix Smart not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Winix Smart App
1. On android, goto Settings » Winix Smart » click [Force Stop]

Update Winix Smart to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Winix Smart App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Winix Smart » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Winix Smart.

Fix Winix Smart unable to contact server/ Winix Smart internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Winix Smart » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Winix Smart » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Winix Smart
