How to fix MHAG app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the MHAG app on iPhone
Update MHAG app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall MHAG iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix MHAG on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve MHAG network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

MHAG Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix MHAG not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the MHAG App
1. On android, goto Settings » MHAG » click [Force Stop]

Update MHAG to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MHAG App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » MHAG » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart MHAG.

Fix MHAG unable to contact server/ MHAG internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click MHAG » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto MHAG » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch MHAG
