My NatureID app won't open at all. No tapping or anything I do let's the app go from the main screen and nowhere else.
Natural ID app won't open. It loads the first page then stops. I have checked all permissions and uninstalled, reinstalled.. Still nothing. I am using an Android, pixel 6. I downloaded app from Google play store.
I have been getting charged for NatureID Plant Identification and never signed up for an account. I would like to have this issue resolved, to be reimbursed, and to make sure I am not charged again. I did download the app, but there are no in dictation of having to pay anything. It doesn’t even say “in app purchases.” I didn’t even have the app on my phone anymore. I would like a print out of all of the charges I have gotten, and an explanation of how this could have happened. On the app, there is nothing to indicate that one will be charged when using it. I would never sign up for something where I would be charged every week.
