Hello, My PlantID app does not work. I have tried several times to upload the photo from your gallery or my photos and nothing. It is not my connection. I have used Picture This and have had no problems whatsoever. I guess you get what you for! IF you have any suggestions, please let me know. By the way, my camera is active and is not cut off in any way! Thanks! Sally Kirchoff
