I took photos of all the plants in my garden using the LeafSnap identification app. All of the plants were identified correctly. However, when I came to look at them just now none of them were there. Why have all my past photos disappeared?

I have just paid £19.49 for premium as you promised there would be no annoying adverts. I have used the app today and I am getting an advert just the same as before I paid for premium What do you intend to do about it? Please either fix the issue or refund me my subscription David Foale

Hi, I was charged with annual subscription but I only want to try monthly first and decide to fully commit. Is it ok to get the money back for the difference in two subscription types? Thanks.

I've tried to figure out your ap but it isn't cooperating. So, want to be sure my cancellation is activated. I only turned on the ap today but have to find something easier to work with. Thank you. Brad Heald
- Would like it to give more information
- Asked for credit card information for verification and targeted ad use, but then said in small print that user was automatically entered into a for pay targeted advertising program
- Nuisance ads with a very small x in the upper right top of screen that doesn’t work to close
- Game ads pop up and have to force quit to get rid of them
