Hush won't let me create posts or reply to messages. Been like it for 4 days now despite restarting, reinstalling etc

I'm trying to connect my Hush 2. i have the app open on my windows PC I've logged in Toy is charged USB is plugged into the computer click on the link symbol and a pop up says (Lovense USB Bluetooth Adaptor not connected) I have tried this on 2 different computers now and the same issue comes up The toy is only 2 days old. It will connect to someone via the control link via a watsapp connection

How to fix Hush app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Hush app on iPhone
Update Hush app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Hush iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Hush on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Hush network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Hush Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Hush not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Hush App
1. On android, goto Settings » Hush » click [Force Stop]

Update Hush to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Hush App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Hush » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Hush.

Fix Hush unable to contact server/ Hush internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Hush » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Hush » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
