How to fix Yada app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Yada app on iPhone
Update Yada app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Yada iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Yada on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Yada network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Yada Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Yada not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Yada App
1. On android, goto Settings » Yada » click [Force Stop]

Update Yada to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Yada App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Yada » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Yada.

Fix Yada unable to contact server/ Yada internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Yada » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Yada » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Yada
