- Stressful and never been able to make a collage successfully without running into numerous issues

I can't find my collage!! it isn't saved in Photos. Where did it go?

To resolve Photo Collage Maker network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Photo Collage Maker App
1. On android, goto Settings » Photo Collage Maker » click [Force Stop]

Clear Photo Collage Maker App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Photo Collage Maker » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Photo Collage Maker.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Photo Collage Maker » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Photo Collage Maker » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Photo Collage Maker
