I have been having the same problem as many other people on here seem to have been having. I can install the software and different versions just fine. But when it loads to the splash screen, there is no picture or buttons. It is completely black minus the Zenbeats logo in the upper left corner which does nothing when clicking on it. The only way to close the window is with the task manager. I e-mailed Roland tech support right after the upgrade to version 3 because I couldn't get it to run then either and now after installing every update in hopes of a fix, I still can't get it to go past the black screen. If I use the installer for version 2 to roll back, it works fine. Of course it tells me there is an update, but whenever I install to the latest version, it's still just the black screen. I can't figure it out. So there definitely has to be something broken on version 3 for Windows 10 users it seems. I've considered uninstalling it altogether and trying a fresh install of the latest version. However, I'm sure there isn't a way to keep all of your projects from being deleted and I really don't want to take the time and resources to upload every project to the cloud beforehand to pull back in if the fresh install actually works. There has to be an answer and it's pretty frustrating that so many people are having this issue and there are no answers or fixes from Roland, at least none that I have seen or can find. It seems this thread is pretty old so no idea if anyone will see this, but please point me to a solution if you see this and have one. Thanks for reading.
I'm trying to purchase windows unlock v3 but it keeps saying "unable to complete purchase" and when I tried again to checkout it says waiting for purchase to complete, even though I hit cancel. What's going on at Zenbeats?
A common problem apparently, blank screen on boot up, cannot register, won't shut down. Using PC windows 10. I really hope there's a fix because it looks like great fun. Thanks
I pay the 20 bucks every month for total access For past two weeks I can’t access anything. And the tech support is heartbreaking
I am trying to run Zenbeats on my Windows and all i am getting is the black screen. I am paying monthly for Zenbeats so i would really like to be able to use it
Put Zenbeats on a Fire 10 HD Tablet after installing Android proper on it. App works fine until I try to connect my Versalab MV-1, then it tries to load and crashes back to the Fire home screen.
My sound cuts of only in record .on all internal speaker head phones and bluetooth spkr. After the pad taps and it cuts off sound drops . But continues to record and the clipping and lagging after 3 erd instrument added .
Comon Roland.....Your Zenbeats product isn't working properly for many people. For me it will not open past the splash screen. Just shows a black screen and the tiny logo in the upper left window area. This has gone on far too long. How about a comment on an update! This really is not acceptable.
Was working fine until the last upgrade now will not open at all. Just starts and goes back to home screen Android 12
After an "amazing" update it stopped working completely on Win10. Permanent black screen and unable to close it other than via task manager. WTF I'm just wondering if all my projects saved in the previous version are now drifting into the unknown....
After loading Zenbeats 3.08 in Win10 Zenbeats won't start and I get black screen. I can only close Zenbeats black screen using Win 10 task manager. Zenbeats worked fine before updaing. What gives ?

Por fin he conseguido cancelar mi suscripción desde mi Smarthpone al desinstalar la Aplicación, Me ha salido un mensaje desde la Play Store en el que me ha dado la opción de cancelar mi suscripción definitivamente. Referente a el problema que tuve de Zenbeats para PC (ventana negra que no deja cerrarse)
Después de suscribirme, descargar Roland Cloud Manager, instale Roland Zenbeats en mi Pc, pero al ejecutar el sofware, se abre una ventana negra que no deja cerrarse. Dicha ventana consume recursos del sistema (PC) pero no los suficientes como para que sea problema de mi equipo. Escribí al soporte técnico de Roland y me dijeron que era problema de mi procesador pues ya tiene 15 años. Dudo que sea ese el problema. Ya que no he tenido ningún problema similar ni parecido, y mi PC ejecuta Programas mucho más actuales que Roland Zenbeats. No conforme, intenté dar de baja mi suscripción para evitar pagos innecesarios, y desde ningún medio pude hacerlo, tanto en la pagina Roland cloud, como desde la aplicación Roland Cloud Manager, al intentar darme de baja de la suscripción, me aparece ERROR IMPOSIBLE TRAMITAR SU PETICIÓN). hace mas de una semana envié un mensaje al Soporte Técnico de Roland solicitando la baja en la suscripción y No me han dado ninguna solución al respecto. Tengo una tarjeta de sonido y varios componentes y accesorios Roland y los voy a cambiar por ARTURIA que da mejor soporte y todo funciona a la primera (incluso en mi pc con 15 años). Pd: Estoy muy molesto con Roland Corporation. Desde mi experiencia no Recomiendo esta Marca y puede que no vuelva a trabajar con ningún producto de ellos.
