I just purchased a Roland GP-6 piano. The Roland Piano app is crashing while login into my Roland Cloud account. The iPad is a fairly new device, 9th Generation running iPadOS version 17.2 (21C62)

I used the piano partner 2 app and the Roland piano app (since it replaces the other one) on an ipad and an android tablet. Then after some time the android tablet stopped to be able to connect, then the ipad stopped connecting as well since lately. I followed the steps in the manual many times on every devices and nothing seems to work. I deleted my account, I made a new account, I deleted the apps and reinstalled them. I made sure my OS were updated on every devices. I tried the same step on every devices making sure the bluetooth was turned off on the others devices to prevent interference while I was trying to connect through the apps. The piano is available in the bluetooth menu of every devices, I am able to connect to it directly, but the app is not able to detect the piano. I always remove the piano from the bluetooth list and reset my bluetooth before trying to connect through the apps. Really nothing works. I can't believe that Roland didn't fix their awful apps after so many years considering the price point of their products. It is so annoying to not be able to use 99% of the features because I am obliged to use those awful apps.

There was Bluetooth issues between my HP 702 and Roland piano android(Google Pixel 5a or Google pixel 7) version 13. 1. Roland piano app can only connect my HP 702 right after 1st app installation login. I can't connect it after restart my phone( or even re-power on my HP 702. 2. Connect within USB the Roland piano app lost its control after I enter the LIBRARY, select hand part can be done only through HP 702, no function while I tapping the hand icon on Roland piano app.

Hello, I have a Roland hp 704 and everytime I try to use the accompaniement feature, there is always a delay when I play a certain chord with my left hand and the actual chord in the accompaniment follows the played chord. Another thing is I always listen to the piano (or other sound) on my left chord... Can you try to help please? I've been looking everywhere and I have no answer for this issue. Try playing a c chord and then anybother chord and you will see there is a delay for this second chors In the accompaniment, it is not instant as an standard arranger.... Thanks for your help

Hello! I have been trying to connect my mobile to my new fp30x for the past 2 hours to no avail...i have done everything that was written in the manual, i've unpaired it and paired it a thousand times, i've exited the app, reentered it, ive rebooted my phone, the app just seems to not be working for me and i am very dissapointed about that. My phone seems to be pairing well with the piano but the problem is when i try to actually connect the 2 paired devices as in whenever i try to search for pianos in the app it searches for like 3 s3conds then pops up a message saying "no pianos found". I know this is an issues with the actual app because when i pair the sound of the phone with the piano it works wonderfully, right now i am typing this comment and i can hear the feedback sound of pressing a key from my phone in the piano's speakers...please get in touch with me so i can actually use this piece of equipment i have bought. Thank you.
