Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Cizoo app issues:

Force Stop the Cizoo App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Cizoo app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Cizoo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Cizoo App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Cizoo app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Cizoo.
