How to fix Clipboard app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Clipboard app on iPhone
Update Clipboard app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Clipboard iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Clipboard on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Clipboard network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Clipboard Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Clipboard not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Clipboard App
1. On android, goto Settings » Clipboard » click [Force Stop]

Update Clipboard to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Clipboard App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Clipboard » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Clipboard.

Fix Clipboard unable to contact server/ Clipboard internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Clipboard » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Clipboard » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Clipboard
