I have a problem with SnapHabit

User reports:
No current problems

- UI is counter-intuitive, annoying, or buggy

- Couldn’t find the add new task button easily

- Add new task button disappears when you scroll down on first page

- Having the journeys take up most of the first page is annoying

- Incessant prompts to invite others or to link to social media

- Starts out with preset habits

- Too hard to delete habits

- Prompting user to take a note EVERY time they skipped a day is really annoying

- Buttons on the top right of the habit details page flip back-and-forth sporadically

To resolve SnapHabit network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the SnapHabit App
1. On android, goto Settings » SnapHabit » click [Force Stop]

Clear SnapHabit App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » SnapHabit » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart SnapHabit.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click SnapHabit » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto SnapHabit » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch SnapHabit
