Game changing app for someone like me who doesn’t know a lot about the ins and outs of investing. Too often, I hear about the possible amount of money I’m capable of saving, however it can be challenging to follow as the numbers get larger. With CompoundInterestCalc, I’m able to see the money grow over time with the graph feature. This is an entirely new ballgame as a recent college graduate, and is pretty motivating to start saving and investing. Thanks Dane for making compound interest finally make some cents🤑

Love CompoundInterestCalc! May be one of the easiest to immediately start using to play around with initial down payment , name the frequency and amount of subsequent investments, over your set period of time, and graph the results or see them in raw $’s for each year. Highly recommend. Educational to all to understand the power of compound interest over time.

Very good app that is easy to use. However, it could be improved by saving the numbers you enter until you decide to change them later. Most people will be switching back and forth between Investment Growth Mode and Withdrawal Mode. Currently, when you switch to Withdrawal Mode after entering numbers into the Investment Growth Mode, the numbers you entered in the Investment Growth Mode will reset to its default settings. Similarly, all the numbers you entered into the Withdrawal Mode will reset once you switch to Investment Growth Mode.

I downloaded CompoundInterestCalc to show my parents the benefits of saving for their retirement. It was incredibly simple to use, yet still provided really clear insights on what their financial future may look like. We were able to easily create best/worst scenarios for how much they should be saving and investing monthly to reach their retirement egg goals. Great app! If I could give it more stars I would!

I really like the clean and easy simplicity of CompoundInterestCalc. I particularly like the withdrawal mode, which allows us to “run through the numbers” in different scenarios. It gives us a better and clearer understanding of choices we can make to safely withdraw funds without running out of money.

I use this calculator regularly. What would make it even better is the ability to insert/add it would be great to add funds at a given year or years forward such as social security payments and a one time inheritance windfall.

Lastly, if there a few large purchases in life it would be helpful to be able to add those in at certain years or timeframes (ie a new car, house, other large purchase) vs just annual withdrawal.

This is a clean way to see how savings can add up. It is easy to change contribution amount, frequency, or interest rate in order to see how those each contribute to the overall amount.

Rey helpful app to play around with different numbers to see how slight changes can have a large impact.
Suggested improvement is to allow for the withdrawal to be a percentage instead of a static dollar amount to take inflation into account.

This is the best compound calculator because of the graph and by year functionality. It also has a great withdrawal component that is missing in other apps. I would suggest the addition of a save feature so when switching from compounding to withdraw you don’t have to input data over and over again.

Love CompoundInterestCalc, clean UI, one suggestion to withdrawal mode section, adding a new withdrawal increase percentage would allow to project a inflation adjusted withdrawal. User can define a fixed increase for the withdrawal frequency (yearly) and see the result. This will make CompoundInterestCalc more in dispensable.

This is the easiest to use compound interests calculator I have found on CompoundInterestCalc Store. Incredibly easy to understand and use. The graphics and charts are flawlessly designed. A must have to better understand the power of compound interest and your financial future!

Does exactly what you expect of it. Clean interface and simple inputs. Graph function is a great illustration for assessing your investments, and the value-by-year function tells you exactly where your investment will sit at any point in time. Great job.

I updated app and now every time I switch from withdrawal mode to savings mode I get a QuickBooks ad. The same ad every time. I loved CompoundInterestCalc now I don’t. The ads are loud and I can switch back and forth 20 times and get an ad every time. The same ad every time. It is annoying.

CompoundInterestCalc is easier than Sunday Morning. By the superior level of programming that has clearly been made by CompoundInterestCalc, you can tell that the developer must be one sexy beast.

Everyone tells you to save up. Turns out the talking heads aren’t completely full of hot air. It adds up quick! Cool to see it visualized

With 10 years remaining before we retire, I like that CompoundInterestCalc is simple to use and easy to understand. Well done
