Loved UmpquaPay until it logged me out and didn’t allow me to relog in or reset password. Umpqua bank cannot reset UmpquaPay, you're transferred to the “Umpqua Pay” service center who repeatedly puts you on hold because they can’t reset the password…. Twice today was put on hold for a total of 89 minutes to no avail…. the support personal came back online four times to say they were going to put me on hold again for “two minutes.” My math worked that out to over 20 min each time but who am I to tell a bank employee they don’t understand math. Cut your losses and don’t use it.
Missing “Set up In-Store” payment option for iPhone.
