I login with with google account on the website. I don’t see that option on EquityZen . Isn’t that a basic feature?
Not sure why the ratings are so high on for EquityZen. Either the other reviews are fake or the people are blind. Offerings are extremely scarce and you rarely have a chance to actually get in on them. Almost every time I open EquityZen I have to log in again. There are many other platforms that offer superior opportunities to investing in private companies. App is terrible and business model is dreadful. When you buy into an offering, you don’t even get shares. Because of this, it is extremely difficult to get your money back unless the company goes public.

I love this app and want to use EquityZen but can’t log in. I signed up with Google and EquityZen only supports username/password.
The website allows you to sign up using Google SSO but EquityZen doesn't. It's a huge oversight which makes EquityZen completely useless for me.
Incredibly annoying when the most basic of functions doesn’t work. Fix it!
It is clear that the developer did not spend five minutes considering navigation or user experience. EquityZen is completely unusable for visually impaired users who use the iOS built inscreen reader voiceover. Buttons are not labeled correctly, EquityZen is sluggish and unusable on the latest iPhone and most of the controls cannot be interacted with. Will take my money and invest somewhere else.
Can’t scroll open listings. Bugs out on what you’re trying to click on. Every time I even try to give the frown face feedback on new layout it says “oops! We’ve encountered an issue” lol. Fitting. Need to be on desktop to do anything meaningful. How do you let something like this go live?
What’s the point of asking share price when gauging interest. We have absolutely no knowledge of the company valuation and the outstanding shares. It’s comical to ask that.
Applied to invest in a company and received an allocation. Unfortunately shares for sale were l repurchased by the company itself a month later and I never got the opportunity to buy. Conceptually this is a very good service, but you should expect that your deal will never close if you’re actually getting a good deal...
EquityZen works great and I find it very easy to use. The company has been great to work with over my last year investing with them. They are very helpful, and when it was initially just interested they weren’t pushy at all and allowed me to take my time to do my own due diligence without them constantly calling me or bugging me. Now that I’ve invested several times, I’ve had the opportunity and need to call or email from time to time and they’ve been very helpful, courteous and responded quickly. Really happy with my experience overall with this app and EquityZen adds to that great experience.

Customer service is limited and i hope has improvement in the future but from my personal experience with secondary market platforms and brokers the pricing for the deals are very good for small investments and the 5 percent fee is low in comparison. Docs are easy to access and it’s easy to check in to see the progress of the transaction. I’ve been using this service in conjunction with other platforms/brokers for about 2 years.
EquityZen is awesome. Very intuitive and user friendly interface that will make managing my investments easier. Congrats to the team at this app for putting out another quality product.

Very easy to use and see the same information as the website. They did a great job putting EquityZen together and find myself using it more often than the website.
My experience with investing through this app has been great! They are very transparent and when I had questions they were quick to get back to me. They really provide a high quality experience.
Plenty of great companies to choose from and the process is easy.
