HSBCTaiwan has very limited information and for individuals with both bank account and credit cards you can’t see transaction details for the credit cards that you have. You would need to log in to a website separately to view detail credit card transaction. Plus there is a long delay if the current credit card balance usually 2-3 days.

Finally got an app for Taiwan with face ID. Worked great the day I downloaded it, but here I am on day three and it gets stuck in a loop when I login with Face ID or with my code.
Let’s be clear. Software is not a strength for Taiwan. Please just copy the apps that work in the US and HKG and stop torturing your customers.

My credit card balance shows 0 when it is positive, can you please show what the positive amount it.
Also, can we start seeing credit card transactions (billed and unbilled) in HSBCTaiwan . Logging into the credit card site is annoying.
