After login HSBCVietnam is loading and show login screen again. It repeat forever.

Can’t open app right after updating to the version before lunar new year 2022.

I’m lucky enough to be able to login, then find out the only function HSBCVietnam offers is checking current balance, not even transaction details, and the balance is about 3-5 days delay. It’s 4.0 revolution, and HSBCVietnam isn’t even qualified for an exam in college. It even doesn’t make me feel like someone really puts the effort and works hard for it. Such a joke

It is very complicated and too difficult to make a transfer. Besides, i can not find a history more than 1 month.

Can only make bank transfer if already done by computer and saved. Only one device can access even if it’s a joint account. Other banks make internet banking and transfers easy but not HSBC.

After providing necessary and correct information, it kept loading the login screen, repeated again and again, never loaded homepage. Have been wondering how HSBCVietnam passed testing and released to production.

I’m an user work on IT field but HSBCVietnam is so bad on user experience. Besides, the services from this bank with many charges. Should go away ASAP

Touch finger ID to sign in then it doesn't go to the main screen but back to the log in screen again and again. I don't know why your QC team let it released

Downloaded lately the latest VN apps and now cannot make a transfer of money toward a new account, feature missing ???
So basically the one feature in HSBCVietnam , see your balance, HSBC entering painfully into digital age.

app does not find account information and fill it out by itself, users have to enter it all manually.

I'm using the latest ios version and HSBCVietnam ; yet, the NAPAS247 option doesn't show up.

HSBCVietnam is not very useful because of its limited functionality

when will we have new release with full feature on money transfer ?

You can only go back like 3 days in the transaction history which is not enough if you want to look at your spending history. Seriously lacking compared to industry standard. Every other banking app I’ve used has months of transaction history. The rest is pretty good and easy to use.

Please update support apple pay with HSBC visa card in Vietnamese application

It haven’t yet allowed to transfer for new account directly in app.

We couldn’t upgrade the OS due to using HSBCVietnam.

Better than using website and without hard token

Phone apps should be able to make new transfers on new receivers ( new payee ) without have to go on PC.

Bất cứ khi nào tôi gặp trở ngại thì bộ phận Dịch vụ khách hàng HSBC cũng sẳn sàng hỗ trợ tôi rất nhiệt tình và chuyên nghiệp. Nhờ vậy con gái của tôi đang du học ở Mỹ mấy năm qua sử dụng dịch vụ thẻ của HSBC rất an toàn, tiện lợi và tôi cũng dễ dàng quản lý chi tiêu hoạt động của con hơn, tiết kiệm chi phí hơn. Tôi vô cùng an tâm và cảm ơn HSBC rất nhiều!!!
