So I set up my own this app account and I called them twice prior to sending fund on my this app account, but sadly no one ever picked up.
I called during office hours. So, now I am very skeptic about my this app account and I also feel really bad about providing them my personal information which I am sure that a company like them will misuse.

Recently there has been a problem where many of the this app users including me are unable to login to Nagad . Moreover, the transactions I made in January 2025 are not showing in Nagad . Therefore, I hope that you will lead to the solution asap, thanks. Overall it’s a great app with minimal charges.

Sending money from apps shows an error ( Please verify provided data and try again.)

*And please improve your customer support. People will not get service if uneducated people are given customer support.

* I talked about my problem and she explained to me that data means mobile data. I told her again and again that data here does not mean mobile data. She answers me that there is no problem with your account. Even I updated my app. She couldn't solve my problem. Then told me again, can I help with any other information?

I am really disappointed to see your customer support service. Please hire skilled people at Customer Support. Otherwise ordinary people will reject your services

Absolutely disgusting! "Something went wrong" is a very common problem in Nagad. Nagad crashes for no reason. Using experience of Nagad is just horrible. Sometimes you will stuck in login, sometimes you will stuck in paments, sometimes balance shows error and goes on. If you have other mft then don’t come to this app. It will be a horrible experience.

In the last 7 days, I may be faced 3 times server down issue and it is a common issue which they didn't fixed at least for more than a year. Not sure if there was the issue before I started using this app. This is definately very bad and they should fix it real soon

When I changed the device in spite of possessing sim card I could not be successful in changing device. Again in another situation, when I replaced the sim card; I could not log on even after using the same device. Extremely irritating. Now I need to find out the customer care and go personally.

OTP service is the worst! Tried opening an account through app but when the OTP is supposed to come it doesn’t even com! I have been trying to open an account for the last few days but the same problem occurs every time! Then I opened the account through dial up but then when I tried logging into my account again the same OTP problem occurs!

Your apps shows error and says need to update after update it’s shows same thing when I’m going to login. And it’s have huge problem when i need to recharge or send money it’s crushed. Need more improvement for ios user.

Its all fine to use this app app in iOS. But when I go to My Profile option where profile photo and name update option is there, I cant go back or Discard the update of my info. On that section App stuck and cant move anywhere in Nagad .

Though it has an option to save the Visa card for future use during the add money option, it actually doesn't work. And when I have tried to add money from my card today, it shows continous error and I opted to go to the other option(you better know what) and used it pretty easily.
Your app is very diasappointing compared to others.

Nagad has multiple problems like I recharged my phone but didn’t receive the money secondly Nagad crashes

For electric bill pay i alwz had to enter account no. for desco, but there should be an option to save biller account so that we easily pay bill with less effort.

But I never use this before. I don't know Actually it’s works or not. Can I use this card for another currency or receiving/transferring money like another bank account. Also Need to improve Nagad UI design for more user-friendly operating.

Where’s your competitive spirit when it comes to designing Nagad . ভালোই তো ব তে বেকুব ক্যাম্পেইন চালালেন। While your competitor has a Super-app, you offer us this! No sign of interactivity, fewer useful functions. From the homepage, it looks like an ancient dumb static application that doesn’t give you any friendly impression to a new user. Needs a lot of improvements, in fact, a major design and aesthetic change should be your priority.

I’m using three applications for financial needs, this one is the so far best one with best features and flexibilities for my requirements.

At the 'PEOPLE' option, under the search box there is a bold underline. That make the PEOPLE page so cheap. Remove that underline. Other options are just too cool. Keep it up.
