Bad experience ever.
*And please improve your customer support. People will not get service if uneducated people are given customer support.
* I talked about my problem and she explained to me that data means mobile data. I told her again and again that data here does not mean mobile data. She answers me that there is no problem with your account. Even I updated my app. She couldn't solve my problem. Then told me again, can I help with any other information?

Absolutely disgusting! "Something went wrong" is a very common problem in this app. The app crashes for no reason. Using experience of this app is just horrible. Sometimes you will stuck in login, sometimes you will stuck in paments, sometimes balance shows error and goes on. If you have other mft then don’t come to nagad. It will be a horrible experience.
