First time ordering through Zippys for curbside pickup (as mentioned in commercials) When I got there I called to let them know I’m outside for pickup BUT the restaurant number apparently goes to customer service center for that location AND it took me 18 minutes and 32 seconds to get through to someone for them to transfer me the restaurant to let them know I’m outside. That’s a ridiculously long wait and I won’t be doing it again.

I suggest Zippys have some sort of live time tracking to let them know we’re on our way. Something like Target Drive Up has. It’s easy and convenient. No one likes being hangry.

I placed an order earlier in the day to pick up in the evening. I had a GC so had to pay inside. Went to pick up my order at the time I specified and was told that they were still making my order because they had a large phone order. WTH?! I specified a time for pick up and now I'm just waiting for them to make my food?! I might as well as came 15-20 mins. later or not even order from Zippys . There's no convenience if when I show up @ the specific time and they still haven't made my order.

It was simple and self explanatory app but my gripe is that there’s no way to modify the date and time for your order if you’ve made a mistake. I had to call the restaurant location to make the correction.

Got rid of the 45 min minimum wait when ordering finally. Apps great now. Has all the weird things you order like chili spaghetti with no beans. App is easy now.

I like everything so far but I could only choose to check out with credit/debit card. Since this is made for pick up only, it should include cash, and GC option also. Otherwise, everything else is good so far.

Waiting in the parking lot for food i didnt order because your app makes you place your order then enter your security cvv number then place your order again. And that last page that you have to place your order again already looks like a receipt you have to scroll to the bottom to place your order.

The Specials Menu does not show up when you place an order at the beginning. The only way you can access the Specials Menu is by going to Locations, type in a city, and when the locations show up, tap on the “ToGo Menu” underneath the phone number.
Quite cumbersome, but it took me a long time to figure it out.

In order to start the order, the date and time must be specified. However, the date shows as invalid, and I am unable to select today’s date for pickup.

Zippys wont let you remove items you don’t like. They expect you to take it as is and scrap off the sauce or remove the items you don’t like - onions, pickles, daikon etc.

Zippys has so many bugs and is not ready for prime time. Very frustrating to use and doesn’t function or display properly. Who designed Zippys?
