Curbside Pick Up Fail
First time ordering through the app for curbside pickup (as mentioned in commercials) When I got there I called to let them know I’m outside for pickup BUT the restaurant number apparently goes to customer service center for that location AND it took me 18 minutes and 32 seconds to get through to someone for them to transfer me the restaurant to let them know I’m outside. That’s a ridiculously long wait and I won’t be doing it again. I suggest the app have some sort of live time tracking to let them know we’re on our way. Something like Target Drive Up has. It’s easy and convenient. No one likes being hangry.

Waiting in the parking lot for food i didnt order because your app makes you place your order then enter your security cvv number then place your order again. And that last page that you have to place your order again already looks like a receipt you have to scroll to the bottom to place your order.

Needs refinement
The Specials Menu does not show up when you place an order at the beginning. The only way you can access the Specials Menu is by going to Locations, type in a city, and when the locations show up, tap on the “ToGo Menu” underneath the phone number. Quite cumbersome, but it took me a long time to figure it out.
