- Cell phone confirmation code is never sent.

- Cannot validate account due to inability to send SMS with validation code.

- Support desk is unattended.

- Does not work with U.S. and Canadian phone numbers, only French ones.

Can not access my account the system says it t supply me e with an SMS code to validate my phone but after over 20 attempts I never receive a code on my SMS text I can not access the system. Very fr ustraded

How to fix Kirrk app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Kirrk app on iPhone
Update Kirrk app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Kirrk iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Kirrk on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Kirrk network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Kirrk Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Kirrk not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Kirrk App
1. On android, goto Settings » Kirrk » click [Force Stop]

Update Kirrk to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Kirrk App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Kirrk » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Kirrk.

Fix Kirrk unable to contact server/ Kirrk internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Kirrk » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Kirrk » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Kirrk
