Everytime I try to pay for parking the app kicks me out I don’t have a physical card so this is very aggravating

Keep getting “network error” and the directions online to fix are not accurate. Have no idea where to park. Going to find a garage.

Every time I click on an available space, it says “network error” and does not let me continue. I’ve tried this from a different phone and different account with a friend, same results.
