Summary of WASH-Connect Problems 🔥
- Initial problems due to being a brand new facility.
- Doesn't take Apple Pay.
- Need to buy tokens in $5. 00 increments.
- Try to trick you into adding funds to your account multiple times.
- App fails mid way through.
- Blaming YOUR phone, your wifi, your whatever- when it is 100% NOT your device’s issue, or a wifi issue.
- Spend more time trying to get the app to work than it takes to actually do my laundry.

Availability does not show machines in use. All machines always available
The app was working great on my phone for a few months,, told me when the washer was done, and when dryer was done,, I could click on Active Machines and see my machines were still working and for how long. Now it still lets me pay for the washer and dryer but doesnt recognize any working machines and doesnt tell me when its done now,,, I want to uninstall and reinstall the app, but Im afraid of losing my money thats on the account. Also can I transfer money from phone to my card?
I can't add my card
When I try to add my credit card or debit card it always say "There was an error while saving your card"

I have tried multiple times to get help with this matter and ive only had my requests cancelled- I have tried to save my card info and it keeps saying there is an error when you try to save the info- i was told to delete the card and try to put it back it and now i just keep getting an error. And now several times i have gotten no help. this has been an issue for over a month and I feel like no one is listening. Multiple users are having this same issue. Please, help us.
It keeps saving card save error with every card I try
Your app will not allow me to add funds. I have tried all three of my credit cards and it still gives me an error message.
The washer beeps after I hit "pay" and app says there's a connection error. I have plenty of funds in the acct. It was only one week ago we got the message "NO H20" and a technician came out to fix that. Clothes have been dirty for a week. No one to call to troubleshoot. I only wish the company higher ups were required to use their own app for their laundry for a solid year. Let's see how they like it.
I keep restarting my phone and turning Bluetooth and wi-fi and data on and off - still "an error communicating with the machine". No buffering either - it says it right away. No idea what to do. Last time this happened it just randomly worked like 3 days later for no clear reason. All of my clothes are dirty though and I can't just not be able to start machines while my clothes sit on detergent and other people have to wash their own clothes.
I just sent a third service request through my iphone app reporting a dryer that has not been working for a month now. Each two previous "repairs" were confirmed by email and each time the problem was indeed not solved. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app without incident. I have successfully added funds ,also without incident and the washer works , without incident as well. The dryer also does not recognize the wash connect card through its card reader. Please replace the defective machine once and for all. My apartment is just outside of the laundry , trust me , no one is having any luck with it. There are a minimum of twelve apartments being inconvenienced by this situation.
The auto reload amount $40.00 did not add to my mobile app account balance. Please fix this problem issue as soon as possible so i can continue do the dryer machine for my wet clothes. Thank you Ismael Appadolo Resident Rancho Alisal Apt Homes apt 349. Thank you
Your lousy app won't let me enter a password... ANY password!!! How in the hell am I supposed to register if the app won't even let me do THAT?!? As far as I'm concerned, this elevates the phrase "worthless piece of crap" to a whole new level! Consider me COMPLETELY UNSATISFIED!!! >:( I give it a 0 star rating!
I've been having problems with the app for months. Someone came out to check. They said to un-install and re-install. It worked....once! I added money to the app and now can't wash and can't get money back. Last time I went to wash it only worked for the washer and not dryer. Been using quarters. Now today, all app says it "connect bluetooth"....which is already connected. I un-installed and re-installed .....nothing. Back to quarters.....Not fun and quite annoying...Worthless app
I try to save my card into the wash connect app and it doesn’t save it keep saying there’s a card saving error
I can't put my card in the app, it keeps giving me the error "Card Save Error: there was an error while saving your card"
I can't connect to the cashier in the Smartments Berlin Prenzlauer Berg. If I try to scan the QR code it tells me the cashier doesn't exist. If I try to enter it manually it tells me it can't be reached. Any ideas? Thanks, Lilly

App wont let me log in
Trying to dry my last load but the app keeps sending me the message "error communicating with machine" and to try again after a few seconds. I've been trying for 20 minutes and cannot get it going. Tried switching machines but that didn't work.
