F Fit stopped binding a week ago after app update. Still not fixed. Watch is seen by other apps, so the fault is with F Fit! Please fix!

After update watch will not connect to the F Fit app. Tryed different phone same thing. If this is from update is there a way to backout the update to get it working again? Watch will manually connect to Bluetooth on my phones just not in your app. Help.
Watch was connected to phone until 16/04/2023. Now it says device not connected . I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app but nothing is helping. Please can you tell me how to get my watch to connect to the phone. Thank you
Your recent update caused this app to no longer connect to the watch.. Everything on the watch works but the app no longer will track anything !

Recently the app had an update and ever since my watch hasn't been able to connect to the app, this needs to get fixed because I had no issues connecting before the update

Won't let me upload an avatar or customize my watch background
The app usses so much power that it drains my phone. And when I activate the app my phone batteries will not last for one day. My phone is 3 months old so the batteries is not used up.
I can't login to the app. It always says try later. This has happened for almost a week now. Our time changed, but the watch is now an hour behind. It's very annoying!
