I tried countless of time to change the date and time, and to pair my smart watch with the app, but not connecting. How do i resolve this?
Something wrong with program
The wrist watch not connecting with app have tried many ways couldn't connect
the watch bracelet clasp doesn't close. just got it this weekend and went to put it on to wear and get used to it and the clasp will not lock on the bracelet with its clasp. it just isn't working. so far I love the war for FFit but how can I wear it if it doesn't lock on? get back to me on this issue as it is very stylish and looks comfy to wear and use it. I wore my band for 3 days, once charge was low it would not charge back up. Sending it back. I need to know how to delete my account with f fit.

I like this watch, but it’s impossible to try to figure out how to change the time. It was a hard time trying to even find out how to change the date as well. There’s not very much information and a little booklet that comes with it and this app could use more information as far as being able to change the time on your phone. Hope this problem I can get fixed.

No stars watch worked very good. Now for some reason the watch will not charge. No customer service #. To me this is a rip-off. I go into the support app on my phone. And the message will not go through for support. Been trying since this morning at 7am and message still will not go through

I can’t even get past the registration page on the app because it keeps giving me an error. I guess I’ll be returning the watch as quick as I ordered it.
