I like this watch, but it’s impossible to try to figure out how to change the time. It was a hard time trying to even find out how to change the date as well. There’s not very much information and a little booklet that comes with it and FFit could use more information as far as being able to change the time on your phone. Hope this problem I can get fixed.

There are no instructions and the watch band is way too big. Apparently the band cannot have links taken out or the band can’t be replaced.

While my watch is syncing during the day, the count is fine. When the day is over, FFit doubles the result.

No stars watch worked very good. Now for some reason the watch will not charge. No customer service #. To me this is a rip-off. I go into the support app on my phone. And the message will not go through for support. Been trying since this morning at 7am and message still will not go through

Can’t find a phone number or address to talk to anyone about returning. Have a year warranty but can’t find a way to return!! Doesn’t work as promised.

I can’t even get past the registration page on FFit because it keeps giving me an error. I guess I’ll be returning the watch as quick as I ordered it.

This is an update to my original review I have sent info and photographs both through my app and here on FFit rating. Company has not responded. I have sent photographs to confirm my complaint. When I sync my watch to FFit at night the number of steps are correct. When I sync the next day the number of steps for the previous day is doubled. Watch functions as promised app does not work. Since FFit is totally Chinese I will be deleting FFit .

FFit itself seems like it’s extremely barebones and the custom dials just flat out don’t work. So your stuck with the default watch faces.

I can’t get my notifications for text, FB, IG or messenger I was but not any longer

Says binding failed. I reloaded FFit , the watch and phone. Nothing works!! Someone help me please!!

I like that the watch will give me some features but it never does my calls or texts. It worked at first but then just stopped. I do not get any notifications on the watch. I wish it had more or better watch screens.

The watch doesn’t provide very accurate BP readings. This was one main reason why I purchased it. Not many options as for changing the face screen either.

Sleep function on my watch has never worked. Can this be fixed? I like all the other functions

Doesn’t hardly stay lit long enough to tell time or swipe to settings. Very little documentation. Doesn’t seem to track rem sleep. Still trying to understand settings.

I want to access more watch faces as the ones with hands are not able to be seen at a quick glance .

I love this watch for tracking heart rate, and blood pressure. But mine will not notify me of text messages, phone calls, and will not track my sleep. Please fix an update so we can enjoy all the features.

This watch has BP/HR/SpO2/Temp/Sleep/Steps... and a few other things.
Grant it, FFit is translated from Chinese but easy to get around.
No complaints so far!

You have to dive fairly deep to realize all the options in FFit. Works GREAT with the F-FIT watches.

My only complaint is I wish the DATE choices offered an Amerian format, versus an European only format.( ie 06/13 vs. 13/06)

Wow ! This is really a GREAT app and so easy to use and very very accurate , low cost wearable at a high quality technological apparatus ! Coming soon according to developer -personal emergency response , GPS, and Fall Detector - truly a game changer for older adults !!

This synced fine when I got it was able to look at end of day or end of week at my readings. Now I have no data for the last week. Maybe the next fix can fix what is broken

I wanted a digital face but there was no way to set it up. It is very hard to find the sweet spot to get it the show you a different sport function. I am not at all happy with this supposed smart watch! Returning ASAP!

FFit and its watch is poor quality. Uploading my own screen crashes all the time. The rest too. Hard to understand functions in app. Languages get scrambled up in it.

The watch is good but it doesn’t receive my regular msgs, all other notifications I get great just not my msgs and the first time I synced a picture it was great worked well but now that I try to Chang it, it doesn’t let me it throws me out after 10% of uploading.

Watch and app worked great for about 2 weeks. Now I can’t upload a new picture and won’t sync with my watch..

SERIOUSLY this was working yesterday! What happened. Edit: I am taking this watch back because the screensaver is not even working... what kind of app is this! Edit: it works now what you have to do is to reconnect your watch. But overall it should work all the time!

The band broke after a week of wearing, the device doesn’t hold a charge and you can’t get in touch with the company that sold it to you... I have a year warranty, but no way to contact company..

I got the update like a week ago and now the wallpaper select crashes when I try to switch. It gets to 3% and crashes. Needs improvements.

Sleep data is not being recorded. By my watch, or FFit . I just got it two days ago, so no it’s not broken, it’s just cheap.

This watch works ok but it doesn’t sync with FFit . So you can only get information from the watch itself. FFit is worthless

FFit will not connect to my watch since updating FFit . Wish I hadn’t updated.

I like FFit but I wish it could be able to show all of the data the smart shows.

This watch & app are okay but they need some major updates. FFit is clunky and not very user friendly. The watch face only has the color yellow for the font. It also only tracks steps when you walk and swing your arm. Other smart watches I have track you by gps which is more accurate. The this app App is clunky and hard to figure out. Maybe in the future with updates it will work better. I gave it 4 stars because you can download your own picture as a screen saver and since FFit pairs with a $45 watch you get what you pay for.

Not working with new iPhone update that happened yesterday.

I keep getting the message that "there's something wrong with the program. We are about to exit." 1, I can't access my data. 2, the popup is incredibly annoying.

I'm having a issue installing this app on my tablet.im getting messages that my tablet isn't compatible...I've been using this app for over a year and I love it.so my question is ... Is there another way I can install this app on my tablet or a update so I can get my watch to work again please I'm lost without this app .I can't buy a new phone I'm homeless and very poor or would .. Bought a F fit watch. Piece of junk. F fit doesn't give good instructions. Don't buy anything with F fit app.

COULD NOT CHARGE MY WRIST SMART WATCH HOW CAN I SET THE TIME AND GET GOING AGAIN

Had a F FIT for one year. Hard to synchronize. Takes days to charge. Cleaned contacts. Haven't had a update the whole time.

The app only worked for one day and after that it no longer wants to connect to the smartwatch.

The watch and app only work for step count data but none of the other features store data.

Sleep data not accurate. Having real doubts over the other gathering data, heart, blood pressure etc. Readings not accurate

I installed the app when I got my smartwatch. Since then when needing to use the app I forgot my password. The “ Forget password” won’t let me get a verification code to get into the app.

I have M30 Lady watch and F Fit app don´t work properly. App is installed on iPhone 7, iOS 14.6. In dial center, I can´t access other wath faces - when I try to open it just say: "receiving data, please wait". I am very disappointed!!!

My watch is not working . Screen not showing up & not connecting

The watch works, the step tracker works, the heart rate is never accurate. I do 11000 to 12000 steps daily and when climbing hills it should read close to 130 bpm but it only reads 56 bpm also it should constantly moniter heart rate, does not. When I did a treadmill stress test with a heart monitor it was 20 bpm lower than the heart monitor. Heart rate is the most important feature and it mostly is unreliable.

Hello I recently bought a zuvio smart watch, that connects through your app. But when I downloaded "f fit" and tried to connect, the app won't find my watch. I have made sure Bluetooth is turned on the watch and that it is searchable. Still it will not connect

accidentally Uninstalled the f fit app now I can't reinstall it

The sync with google fit is not working properly. According the watch I have walked 2000 steps. After synchronization with the F Fit application, the app shows 2000 steps. The app is linked to Google fit. The number of steps that Google fit indicates is 1050. Reinstalling and reconnecting does not help.

Why can't I download photos to my watch. It worked for about 2 weeks.

Can you put weather on smartwatch and better face watch
