Makes Things More Modern
The app is very easy to use and makes life a lot more simpler. Can easily pay Rent/ Mortgage, File a maintenance request, and view your lease or property paperwork. All at the tip of your fingers!

A lot better than the old way of doing
This app works a lot better in trying to get people to get requests for stuff (ime. Toilet clogs or snow plowing)
