What is Greystar Resident App?
The Greystar Resident App is a mobile application that allows residents to pay rent, submit maintenance orders, and communicate with their apartment community. The app is designed to provide a convenient and easy-to-use platform for residents to manage their apartment-related tasks from their mobile phones.

- Add/Delete Recurring Payments: Schedule new auto-payments ensuring your rent will never be late.
- One-Tap Pay: Pay rent with a single tap right from your smartphone.
- RentNotify: Sends push notifications to your device, reminding you to pay rent.
- Contact Property: Contact your property directly from the app.

The Greystar Resident App provides a convenient way to pay rent, submit maintenance orders with photos, and communicate with your apartment community all from your mobile phone. Residents have the ability to pay rent with a single tap, manage one-time or recurring rent payments and receive rent reminder push notifications with the app (see below for a list of key features). “Problem Description is Required” error pops up blocking me from submitting a Maintenance Request even though I filled in the description field. Seems like a pretty obvious feature to test when you develop an app. Looks like Greystar put in their usual amount of thought and care. We didn’t need another app — just one that works. Why did we need another app?

The app does not let me login even though I have the correct email and passwords, reset passwords, uninstalled and reinstalled the app.
