ResidentCenter makes paying on your rent super easy and fast. It would be awesome to have more sections where the landlord could put in things like who to contact for the utility companies you have available or would need to contact to make such transitions easier. Example your power company could be PG&E so you’d have that list with a number to contact. Everything available under your resident portal, even a link that would take you directly to the website. Maybe ResidentCenter can have a reminder ability to remind you prior to the due date. I believe there’s so much you can do with ResidentCenter to make it more user friendly and resourceful!

My apartment got recently bought out by a bigger company that uses ResidentCenter, my rent now has a minimum of $3 fees applied to each rent payment (3% if you don’t use your bank account direct withdrawal). I wouldn’t mind this so much if I wasn’t already struggling to figure out how to pay my bills, but that’s not the reality I live in. $36 a year is a full trip to the grocery store for me, and I don’t think some people realize how much all these added fees and costs affect people who are struggling to get through life to pay for the things they need.

I came here before pendermic and Over a year ,I loved it so much and very happy .it’s private room liked vip , my customers feeled comfortable when they got here. They said: modern salon ,easy parking lot then they gonna bring more and more clients for me . Eric was amazing guy he helped me a lot and everything. Thanks Eric

If you have a problem like I’m having, where your ability to pay through ResidentCenter is suddenly gone, good luck trying to get help for it. Their “support center” if you can even call if that is just a Q&A for general issues. There’s no actual way to contact a real person for this problem. Not even so much as an email address that you can write to or a form to fill out.

Great when things go right, horrible when things go wrong. If things are only good when they’re good, then it’s not a good app.

Very useful app. Makes it much easier to take photos so the landlord can understand better. Love it wish all places had a app like this. They are quick to respond and get whatever done in a timely manner. Thank you so much!!

After living here almost 2- years I am more then happy with the Mor Group! Always available and very fast response for any problem ( and they are few)!A pleasure to be able to pay lease payment online! I would highly recommend this Group!!

Using ResidentCenter has been very useful and informative. As a caregiver, I am able to assist when needed. It is great having all of the info in one place is convenient for tenants. ResidentCenter is a work in progress and TCP management does a great jo and is quick to respond when any questions or concerns arise. Thank you for providing this all-in-one tool for your residents to use.

ResidentCenter is a good as whoever is running it. The fees to pay rent with a debit card are beyond excessive and there are so security features that say someone should feel safe putting their banking details here! Nothing that says they assure my info is safe, won’t be stolen and they are liable if that happens. I won’t be using ResidentCenter with my landlord again! They don’t check it anyway and it’s easy for them to steal money in fees!

Great app, but I wish I could set up AutoPay so that it doesn’t make a payment if I’ve already paid rent early. I don’t want to pay my rent ahead of time, then be automatically charged the same amount again. (If this feature is already present, it’s not made clear.)

ResidentCenter developers clearly put a lot of time and love Into this application. If they put the same time and love love into their marriages maybe the wouldn’t be getting divorced. It’s been three months Greg let’s just talk this out. Please. The kids need their father.

Having this application on my phone makes it easier for me to make payments it’s very helpful considering it’s hard for me to always get to the leasing office to pay my rent.

I personally love using ResidentCenter, though there are many tenants living in the apartment building that I live in that are Hispanic and do not know or understand how to use ResidentCenter. I think there should be other options available to them as well because their having a very hard time with not knowing what to do

I’ve loved ResidentCenter right up to this month. I sometimes fall asleep holding my phone ( I know that makes me dum) but I now for the life of me cannot figure out how I deleted it from my Home Screen but can still be found in my settings and cannot figure out how to get it back on the Home Screen!

I like ResidentCenter but I put my renters insurance on it and also put in an order for the Sink to be fixed. But nobody has even bothered to open up that request or look at it yet so I fixed it by myself. And my renters insurance never been looked at either and it’s been four months or more for both of them I like that I can pay and know my balance tho…

ResidentCenter has made getting things done a lot easier and much more convenient in a timely manner. It’s much easier then making a call.

I love ResidentCenter it keeps me and my husband current on our status we have on file receipts and it also send alerts to our phone

It’s nice to have this loaded up on your phone for easy access. I just wish you could submit work orders through ResidentCenter for maintenance.

I have been unable to pay my rent via ResidentCenter except for ONCE at the start of January 2020. Ever since I made the ONE PAYMENT, the Make a Payment option has vanished.
I checked for an app update. Nope. I did a software update on my phone. No change.
Bring the ability to make a payment back and I will be THRILLED.
With the payment option, this is a great app. Without it, it’s barely worth the time to download it.

Really like the convenience of this. Just wish logging off option was easier to find. Thank you!

ResidentCenter is very easy to use and makes life a lot more simpler. Can easily pay Rent/ Mortgage, File a maintenance request, and view your lease or property paperwork. All at the tip of your fingers!

ResidentCenter works a lot better in trying to get people to get requests for stuff (ime. Toilet clogs or snow plowing)

The resident center app is so convenient. Our new landlords are awesome! They are sure to fix the problem and be back in touch with their tenants. Great idea!

So easy to use even stupid people can use it. Of course I’m not stupid but people who throw away money on rent are stupid...oh wait...Lol
